Blue Haven

This 3 bedroom/3bathroom home has a prime location, just minutes from the beaches, shopping, and the historical downtown St Augustine. Walk inside to find a bright open space filled with modern/coastal decor, comfortable furniture, and plenty of in home comforts. Relax on the sectional sofa and watch the mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, spacious counters, , and plenty of cabinet space. Cook and seat at a table for four inside or outside on the furnished patio’s table/chair set.
The house offers a gas grill, spacious backyard with an enclosed yard for the kids to enjoy. After a long day of adventure come relax in the heated pool. The private washer and dryer is a bonus when vacationing and air conditioning for those long hot summer days. Fee WI-FI also included.
All bedrooms also include comfortable beds, wall mounted tv’s and extra linen..

We were lucky enough to be here for the hot spell in February! Pool was great. Jeff stopped in to clean the pool regularly. We had 1 question which Belinda immediately answered. The home was very clean. We’ll be returning.

Amazing home, location and Owner was great. Pool was so refreshing even with water temp being 90 degrees. House had everything you needed even beach chairs. 3 easy ways to get to beach and a little market within walking distance. Honestly not one negative thing to day..

Perfect perfect perfect!!!

I could not rate this home higher. The location was close enough to downtown, but far enough from the noise. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was perfection! Great communication and comfy beds! Thank you so much 100/10 recommended! Hopefully will see you next year!!

Perfect Stay!

This home perfectly fit our needs. We had two adults and three teens with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen area was well appointed, there was stuff for the beach (wagon, chairs and toys) and the house was sparkling clean. The pool was a fantastic way to end our days. Thank you Belinda! This St. Augustine home was just beautiful.

Great for the family.

Close enough to all the fun stuff St Augustine had to offer. Great little pool for entertaining the kids and cooling down. All the things you'd need for the beach and the pool play already there when we were. Easy to use TVs. Dishes for both kids and adults. Will use again.

Absolutely perfect

My friends and I were in town for concerts. Blue Haven far exceeded our expectations. Having the 2.5 bathrooms with a group of friends was so helpful. The kitchen was well appointed and living areas and bedrooms comfy. The pool was such an added bonus. Our host graciously allowed some last minute changes for us when a flight was delayed! We will definitey stay here again!

Family Get Away

Belinda was so amazing. We are from Augusta GA and we were hit hard by Hurricane Helena we have had no power since September 27th. This family trip was planned way back in August and we were looking forward to hit. Fast forward to a few days before our trip to FL and Hurricane Milton is making land fall. Belinda kept communication open and allowed me to adjust our dates tonarrive after Milton passed. She was away we still had no power at home so this trip was something we all needed desperately for many reasons. She went Thursday to be sure everything was still perfect at her rental for us. No damage and working power. She was quick to communicate and work through the mother nature issues. Very understanding and helpful. The home is a cute corner lot. Well kept and spacious. Back yard has a pool and is sectioned off for kids safety. Highly recommend. We visit FL often and this will be a home we come back to.

Cozy and comfortable

Property was nice but only disappointment was the location. On a busy street due to school on the same street and would have liked a street with sidewalks. We walk a couple miles everyday and had to walk in the street. But this was a very clean and well equipped house.

Nice home! Super clean.

This rental was great overall. Place was nice and clean, had everything necessary in kitchen. Our only issue was the AC you could see that it needs a tune up or something when we arrive the inside read 80° and in florida thats hott. We set it to 74 and it took forever to even lower itself 2°. Only overnight did it come down to this but overall during the day it maintained itself no lower than 78°. Would recommend to friends and family but suggest getting a cleaning of the AC itself to help cool the house.

Home away from home

First I’d like to say the host, Belinda was amazing! She was extremely responsive and accommodating. I’ve rented several houses for family vacation and Belinda by far has been the best. The house was extremely clean and plenty of room for my family. We all loved to chill by the pool. The house is just a couple miles from downtown St Augustine. I will love to come back soon!

Great property!

Almost everything was perfect! The pool was wonderful. The location was just right for us. The space was exactly what we needed. The only thing that wasn't AS perfect as the rest of the house was the lack of strong water pressure in the showers- but they were rainshower-style shower heads in both bathrooms, and the cleanliness of some of the cooking utensils. It looked like the last renters put them away without washing them first- they were super gross but e just washed them before we used them. Everything was so straightforward and set up beforehand and we had no problems. Thank you Rebecca and vrbo for a great stay!
