Questa residenza cittadina piena di luce e di fine unità offre il luogo di arrivo perfetto per le vacanze, proprio di fronte al lungomare da St. La bellissima spiaggia dell'oceano di Agostino! Immergiti sotto il sole della Florida sul patio o sul balcone (uno spento ogni camera), rinfrescati in una delle due piscine della comunità a pochi passi dalla casa, e rannicchiarsi sul divano ogni sera per prendere un film sulla grande TV a schermo piatto . The proximity to the beach is perfect. Love the community and the pools are clean and the grounds are well kept. The condo itself needs some love. It was pretty clean for the sake of how much some of the furniture and other stuff needs to be replaced. The upstairs tub was not suitable for bathing (for small children). It looks as if it was painted and now the paint is peeling off the tub. I did find a tub mat to place down so I didn't have to look at it while showering but it was not pleasant. Clean sheets and beds were nice. It was plenty well stocked with enough stuff to cook with and everything worked. The only thing is we were not given any dishwasher detergent so we had to hand wash everything which was fine and we didn't mind. Having the end unit was nice for the added natural light. Plenty of beach toys and games for the family to enjoy. Never could figure out how to turn the TV off downstairs so we just unplugged it every night. Overall it was okay. We enjoyed our vacation. Thanks for having us.

Great location!

The home is perfectly situated with private access to the beach. We enjoyed having the pool just steps away from the back patio. Check-in process was quick and easy! Bathrooms could use a deep clean or an update.

Overall the experience from booking to check out was very easy and all information was clear and easy to follow. Definitely will consider booking again as long that I have no 4 legged friend with me. Location is absolutely great. Anything you need is near plus easy access to the beach. The property was clean and organized the only thing I will say is that some part of the house could be updated with room of improvement but over all the house, the customer service and owner were extremely kind and cordial.

Family vacation

The property had everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ocean was super close and pools easily accessible. Will definitely stay again. We did find a broken chair upon arrival and the trash can was full. We notified the management company and they immediately took care of it. They were very professional. Highly recommend.

Not worth the money. The place is run down and needs TLC. The ants. So many ants in the kitchen. I had to solve this problem myself by purchasing ant treatment. Mgmt sent a guy and the only thing he did was spray in the garage. The master bed had NO mattress pad on it. I had to buy one as mgmt didn’t seem to care although they claimed it was “unacceptable.” The dishwasher does not work so had to wash my own dishes. Place was not freshly cleaned before I got there. Don’t waste your money. This place needs work.

Just like the listing!

I'm so impressed and so thankful for our stay. Before I go into detail, I will say: if you're looking for 5 star luxury, you may want to move along because dishes are hodgepodge, the shower grout needs a face-lift, but I'm there for comfort and beachtime. If you're looking for functional with careful thought, read on! Check-in was smooth. It was hard to talk with the hosts because it's a company, but when I did, they were great. It was very clean, although the floors were slightly sour smelling. (I think the bleach needed to be better rinsed.) It was nothing a swiffer didn't fix. Everything I needed was there: washer, dryer, starter soap, starter toilet paper and paper towels, extra blankets, two bathrooms, a great pool, beach chairs, excellent wifi, Roku. The price was very family-friendly too. I'd definitely stay again without hesitation.

Family Reunion

Checkin/out procedures excellent. Location was excellent. Local, if any, customer service was atrocious. Called on the 1st day to have ants in the kitchen treated and to find a remote for the garage door opener and received NO response whatsoever. Pool was dirty over the weekend but improved Monday.

Needs updating

Overall this condo is clean, grounds are well maintained, and location is great. However the unit needs some TLC. Bathrooms are in dire need of updating as well as the carpet. It could use a fresh cost of paint as well. Fix these things and it would be a great property!

Location, location, location

Pros: location is walking boardwalk to beach, mini golf next door and great restaurants within walking distance. Parking a plus, plenty of towels, linens and nice having 2 full baths Cons: No internet and owner admitted to knowing issue prior to Saturday arrival on “Friday at 2:20pm” and waited for us to call. Then came to home during stay on Sunday to meet Xfinity (awkward) and asked “don’t you have minutes you can use”. Overall a great stay. It just would have been nice to know there was no internet/cable as advertised as I had to do some work while there and instead had to go to Panera Bread for internet as cell service is very spotty near beach.

St. Augustine Visit

We came to St. Augustine for a wedding and enjoyed some time at the beach too! This property is super close to the beach just a short walk down the private boardwalk. Close to restaurants and shopping.

How do you spell misrepresentation?

What do you call a property that is advertised to have two pools in the complex, one heated and one not, but then when you arrive you find that both pools are closed? What do you call it when a beach property is advertised with an outside shower that turns out to be a 4 foot hose by the back patio? What do you call a property advertised with pictures that had to be taken years ago rather than show the truth of the dated facility? I call it misrepresentation!!! And while I have had several conversations with VRBO, they have not offered me any compensation. If you rent this property then do so with your eyes wide open because you won't get what is advertised.
