Located in St. Augustine, enjoy what this 2-bedroom condo has to offer. This adorable property features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. The condo is a second floor condo with views of the Matanzas river along with pool view. From the screened porch you will enjoy the views of boats passing, birds singing and squirrels chasing each other around on the unique trees of this area. You will have access to 3 pools, tennis courts, fishing pier, nature path. A 10 minute ride from condo will get you to crescent beach, butler beach. Condo also is a 10 minute ride to downtown St. Augustine. Where you can enjoy the nights of lights during the holiday season or stroll the streets of the ancient city where you can catch live music and unique shops. If you’re looking for a beautiful view and a peaceful getaway with comfort and entertainment then you found your perfect vacation place to stay.

The condo was just right for our visit. Thank you. We had all the amenities, comfortable beds and a great screen porch with terrific views. My only reason for less than all 5 stars is because we were never 100% sure from the listing that the property was upstairs. My 80 year old mother had difficulty getting to the condo at the end of the day. Also, both coffee makers had used grounds in them when we arrived, which just required some extra cleaning for us. No big deal, just fyi. Thank you for a grand stay during my college age daughters Flagler Family Weekend.

Peaceful, beautifully decorated condo provided the perfect retreat with all the comforts of home. The condo is immaculately clean and is tucked away in a safe and quiet location. You can enjoy the amazing view of the Matanzas River from the screened porch. Host was absolutely amazing with quick responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible. I’ve stayed in many VRBO properties, and this ranks near the top. Comfort, clean, and ease of access. Great pool!!! All around a place I’d certainly come back to!!!! Very easy check in and out.

Very impressed with this stay. The condo was very clean and well decorated. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the unit was stocked. Lots of little things in the kitchen, a few feminine products in the bathroom. I will definitely save this location for future vacations!!
