Artsy 3BR / 2BA Casa totalmente rinnovata nel quartiere dei quartieri alti del quartiere storico

Il nostro centro di St. Augustine Guest House ti mette nel cuore della città. Siamo situati nel quartiere storico su una strada segreta alberata, a pochi minuti a piedi da ottimi ristoranti, siti storici, shopping su St. George Street e tutte le attrazioni. Francis Field, dove si svolgono la maggior parte dei festival, è una passeggiata di 2 minuti. Pensiamo che sia il luogo perfetto per visitare e visitare la Città Vecchia, quindi tornare a piedi o in bicicletta per rilassarsi e ricaricarsi dopo una pesante giornata di tour. Il nostro fronte, lato e cortile chiusi ora presentano alberi da frutto di limone, fico e arancio. Ti senti come un barbecue? Abbiamo una nuova griglia a gas nel nostro cortile privato e un altoparlante BOSE bluetooth che può unirti a te all'esterno.

I padroni di casa hanno pensato a tutto come sono esperti host a 5 stelle! La casa "più recente" sarà decorata con mobili Sticks, testiere e scrivania di Shoestring Creations e decorazioni di Mackenzie Childs. Collezionare e mostrare arte locale è un hobby serio di entrambi i padroni di casa. Sirene, cavallucci marini e tartarughe marine sono il tema principale di questa casa vacanza. Vieni a stare con noi e conta quanti ne abbiamo raccolti!

La nostra comoda posizione si trova appena fuori da San Marco Avenue, nel quartiere Uptown di St. Agostino. Il terzo sabato di ogni mese nella zona di Uptown viene organizzata una passeggiata artistica dove è possibile esplorare i negozi, incontrare i proprietari, assaggiare un po 'di vino e ascoltare musica locale. Siamo a pochi passi da Ripley Believe It Or Not, il carrello della città vecchia, il magnifico forte e il lungomare. Siamo anche a 5 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia di Vilano.

Che modo favoloso per trascorrere una giornata in completo relax tra i tour di St. Agostino!

We love our neighbors and are in a residential neighborhood and ask that our guests respect a quiet time between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
We have off-street parking at the side of the house for 2 cars. The public parking lot is a 5-minute walk. No parking on Loring Street.
We want you to feel at home and have provided you with a BBQ and a Fire Pit. Please clean up after use.

Absolutely. David and Wendy were perfect hosts. The home was our favorite VRBO that we have stayed at. The amenities and level of detail to the comfort of this home was incredible. If you are traveling to St Augustine, look no further I guarantee you will love it.

Definitely recommend! Good location, close to many historic places, yet situated in a quiet residential area. Home is lovely and decorated in a fun eclectic way. Homeowners easy to reach and prompt when we had a couple items we needed. Kitchen top notch. Mattresses comfortable. We had great time in St. Augustine even though the weather was chilly.

The Guest House is a lovely place to spend some time in St. Augustine! The property was relaxing, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for our stay. The location is quiet, but easily walkable to the Visitors Center, Trolley, etc. The owners kept in contact throughout our initial reservation and stay.

We have stayed in a number of VRBOs, and have to say that this property stood out! We loved the decor, great appliances, well-appointed rooms, and the feeling of home.Everything in the house was very clean, fresh-feeling, and was clearly labeled. The owners were super responsive and friendly, and are definitely VRBO all-stars!Very easy walk to the Old Town of St Augustine, and had parking which was a major plus.We would 100% plan a trip around this particular property's availability if we need to return to St Augustine again.

The hosts, David and Wendy went above and beyond expectations. The home is very well equipped with absolutely everything you need and more. Personally I enjoyed the Keurig Coffee maker and listening to Frank on the Victrola. The home is also within walking distance of many of the popular sights of St. Augustine.

Close to Everything!

We spent a week in this property as a family of four with two teenagers. It was centrally located within walking distance to many of the to-do’s in St Augustine. The house was well appointed with all necessities and even had many extras that were extremely useful and enjoyable, like the record player and Bluetooth speakers. The living room was perfect for relaxing after a hot day out walking the historic district and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners have truly thought of everything that you might need while on vacation and then some. The location was perfectly located close to all of the attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we visit St. Augustine.

Wonderful stay

My family came into St. Augustine for Memorial Day weekend. The property is in a charming historic area with an easy walk to the old center of the city. The check in was simple and the communication from the owners was excellent. The house was comfortable for our family, and we’d definitely stay again.

Best Ever Home We've Stayed In

This home is extremely charming and very well decorated. It was spacious and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had for them. They really thought of everything. Even supplies of often forgotten items were provided in the bathroom like toothpaste etc. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Its just a short walk to the fort and St. George Street. We would definitely want to stay again.

Fabulous Home Away From Home

We absolutely love this home - it was our 4th visit. When we arrive, everything is just as it should be. Lovely back yard to sit outside and enjoy beautiful weather. This home is charming and Doug and Wendy are terrific hosts. We will definitely be back!

Charming home in walkable neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at the Artisan Cottage! Wendy and David were marvelous hosts. The home was very clean and had more supplies and amenities than we could have anticipated. The decor was fun, charming and eclectic. The communication with our hosts was great. The home was a 10 to15 minute walk to historical St. Augustine. There was excellent on-site parking. We would highly recommend the Artisan Cottage to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Amazing location (St. George St. is only about 8-10 min walk!) and a beautiful home with all you could need. They provide all the essentials so you don't need to go out and buy little things you may have forgotten, including spices, foil, toothpaste, etc. My kids (9 and 12) loved playing cornhole outside and sitting by the firepit listening to music in the evening! We had an issue with the microwave where it ended up dying on our 3rd night. The owners responded SUPER quick and sent out a countertop one for us to use (within 1-2 hours!) until they could replace the over the stove one. Their response time is great and they're super easy to work with. I wish they owned properties in more locations :) lolWould 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, but CLOSE property to downtown.
