Condominio ristrutturato vicino alla spiaggia sulla 1st St.

Questo tre camere da letto e ½ bagno 1400 piedi quadrati residenza di città si trova a meno di 1 ½ isolati dalla spiaggia.
Il piano inferiore ha una pianta aperta con il soggiorno, sala da pranzo, ½ bagno e una cucina che ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici inox ed è completamente attrezzata per cucinare i vostri pasti. Ci sono abbastanza numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Burrito Works I negozi Taco Shop, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, The Tides e Mango Mango sono tutti a meno di 850 piedi.
C'è una Smart TV da 48 pollici con cavo di base e Netflix nel soggiorno. Entrambi i televisori al piano di sopra hanno Roku con diversi servizi di streaming gratuiti. C'è anche un lettore Blu-Ray e una selezione di DVD insieme ad alcuni libri e giochi.

We returned to this location after a previous visit in 2023. It continues to be a great property! Owner is easy to work with and quick to respond with questions (we couldn’t figure out TV remote and got immediate response when inquired. Well maintained nice place, highly recommend!

We loved our stay. The property is clean. It's a block away from the beach. It's surrounded by great places for dinner, coffee, and snacks. Nearby, there are grocery stores. The property is well equipped to make family meals. I would recommend bringing your shampoo, body wash, etc. The ones provided are not enough. Overall, we had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Loved, loved, loved staying here! Very cozy and clean, perfect location, and so many cute little restaurants within walking distance. Loved that it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach!!! I will be staying here again!!

We loved our time at the rental property. We were 1 block from the beach and 2 doors over was the best taco shop! We were a short drive away from Publix, the city center and many other things. The property had beach towels, sand toys, cart to lug all the beach things to and from the beach. We highly recommend this rental!

We have stayed here before about 5 years ago. I love the location to be able to walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, and shops. It was so nice to have beach supplies in the home to use , games, washer and dryer and comfortable beds.

A friend and I stayed for 5 days...and the space is great when the weather isnt perfect (games...nap...movies...big space)...when the weather is good it's very close to the beach. Lots of great beach restaurants...in fact you really dont have to leave the beach if you don't want too (Publix is a mile or so). The town just has a great vibe...part of that is the people. Looking forward to the next visit...

This was such a perfect space and location for our family of five. Very comfortable and next to a lot of our favorite spots. If it’s your first time we highly recommend Kookaburra coffee, Beachcomber and A1A Burrito works. Very responsive host. Super clean space with all the amenities. Loved it and will definitely book again our next visit.

Our family stayed for 6 days and every day was amazing. The historic district is full of restaurants, museums and history. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back. The convenience to the beach was unbeatable! I quick crossing of the street and you were at the beach, great local restaurant, and walking distance to the pier! You won’t regret it! Perfect location for a summer vacation.

We loved the close proximity to the beach and local hangouts. The unit was just the right size for our family of 5. We were surprised to find the front door unlocked when we arrived in the early morning We were disappointed in the beach chairs and cart, as were in poor condition Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay here again
