Cypress Cottage, molto vicino al centro e alle spiagge

Cedar cottage si trova sotto il nostro 100 anni gemello Oaks molto vicino al centro di Saint Augustine e alle nostre belle spiagge sabbiose. È la casa principale del nostro duplex. Cedar cottage è unico con pavimenti in mogano e pino, una grande cucina spaziosa con controsoffitti blocco macellaio e luce del sole che irradia attraverso le finestre doppie. Un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi. Il portico privato vi invita in una casa in stile vintage 1958 splendidamente restaurata, situata molto vicino a Downtown St. Agostino. 6 posti letto molto comodamente. Il cortile sul retro è condiviso con un pozzo del fuoco e grill elettrico e posti a sedere. Gli eventi sono consentiti con una tassa per evento nominale se tutte e 3 le proprietà sono riservate.

Never met host, only via messages. So overall the house was nice, ehh back yard was full of lesves not quite inviting, no fire pit, nor grill, there was a loud train that passed early morning, and she had another tenant that knocked hard on our door being he was at wrong unit. Othen than that it was a nice stay, beds are awesome!!

My family stay at this property for the weekend of labor day 2025. Pictures on property need to be updated throughout the property in and out. And desperately treated for ROACHES!!! Property needs alot of TLC and deep cleaning. At our arrival toilet had not been properly cleaned, tile flooring in bathroom cracked and not a small crack. Cloth on chairs dirty & one of the chair's legs loose about to break. Old coffee machines, coffe cups of all colors, open expired spices, flour, pancake mix, etc, im guessing from previous guest. (All we need at arrival its cleanliness not peoples left overs). Patio not clean, to be able to sit and relax outside hubby and I needed to clean the chairs to sit on them. Patio furniture was not welcoming meaning, was all over the place, and not clean. On top of that at our arrival there was a person sitting on the patio not the swing as we understood was sahred with other properties but, not the patio. It was awkward! worse property....roaches disgusting

A very comfortable stay in St Augustine

We had a very nice stay here. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to every where we wanted to go. Beds were large and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, everything was in working order and the living room was cozy. There was a little snafu when we arrived and two of the beds had not been made up, though it was past check-in time. I phoned our hostess who quickly came over and remedied the situation. I would definitely recommend this home. The only drawback is that there is just one bathroom. It was not an issue for the 3 of us, but might be for a larger group.

Overall just fine.

The location of this property is pretty convenient for the St. Augustine experience. Although right next to a bar the neighborhood was very quiet. The house is older and you can tell during your stay. However, there was a large amount of ants in the bathroom and the kitchen. For me it was not a big deal but for my wife it wasn’t her favorite. I think for my short stay it was just fine for the price.

A Quiet Spot

There were three of us and we all found the place clean, quiet and mostly comfortable. I have a few notes for the owner though. 1. Bathtub is slippery, with no grab bar, so I’d recommend putting down some kind of non-slip stickers on the tub floor. 2. In the smaller bedroom some kind of light by the bed would be helpful. Because the house has limited electrical outlets, maybe something cordless would work? 3. Also in the smaller bedroom, since there’s no closet I’d suggest putting a rack on the back of the door. 4. This one’s petty, but keeping a few beach towels around would be helpful for out of town visitors who want to go to the beach. All in all though, we were happy with the place.

Great space!

We visited Saint Augustine for a night to celebrate my daughter‘s 10th birthday. The home was very lovely & comfortable. Tammy was so helpful and great with communication. The beds were comfortable and delightful after a long day of running around. The location was great for getting to our desired destinations. We can’t wait to go back and stay again. Thank you Tammy!

Perfectly accessible location, great host!

We enjoyed our stay in this perfectly situated cottage- it is so easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to be. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Comfoetable, great location

Love the location, the host was easy to communicate with. House was comfortable. I gave a t star review review because of these things, if anything the furnishings could be updated, but consiswring the price it was good for the value.

This home is adorable and the outside area is perfect although it was too cold the weekend we were there to enjoy it and have a fire in the fire pit. Although you do have to drive into town, it’s definitely not walking distance.

The visit was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Only one area that was noticible in the living room there were droppings, the front door lock needs to be reprogrammed. Everything else was fine.

Fun and comfortable weekend stay.

The house location is super close to the main Hwy we’re lots of restaurants, CVS, Walmart are. Adorable house. Was perfect for us 3 adults. It’s decorated very pretty. The kitchen area is very large. Beds were very comfortable. Only complain we had was the 2 wicker chairs in living room, the sitting area springs are shot, so when you sit you sink in and it’s extremely hard to get out of the chairs. Both of them. Other than that we absolutely loved this house. 10 thumbs up!
