Heated POOL. Embellish our Tropical Southwind Home. Bike to beach and downtown!

Walk into this Large 5 bedroom, 3 full bath Pool Home on St. Augustine Beach. Three sets of French doors open up to this beautiful oversized heated pool (In winter months) and Pavillion with outside twinkling lights for conversing and relaxing after a day at the beach and downtown activities. A favorite by many that visit! We have a living room, family room, ping pong table, large room that comes off of the pool lanai, POOL, with outdoor shower, hot and cold, Fish cleaning table, two work stations, five large bedrooms and three completely remodeled beautiful bathrooms. Master bathroom has its own built in heater and towel warmer. Come join us for a time and home you will enjoy and remember! Inquire within about booking for parties.

We had an amazing family weekend at this property in St. Augustine! The home was very spacious and comfortable—perfect for our whole family and little yorkie. The pool was awesome, and we loved having the BBQ area to grill and spend quality time together.The location was ideal—close to all the main attractions, which made getting around easy. We visited during Nights of Lights, and it was absolutely beautiful. Coming back to such a relaxing, pet-friendly, and well-equipped home after sightseeing made the trip even better.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families (and pets!) looking for space, comfort, and a great location.

Spacious, convenient, and better than expected

Our family came with a large group that included 6 children. There was more than enough room and the home was even nicer than portrayed in photos. The pool and backyard entertainment area was impressive and made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped and there are nice linens and plenty of plush towels. The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table. Wish our stay could have been longer!

Family vacation

A beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. Easy access to all museums and or beaches. The pool was our favorite with the outdoor sitting area. The home had everything we needed for cooking and enough towels for all of us. The owner was wonderful with great communication.outdoor sitting area. The ping pong table was fun to use.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay. We were 3 couples needing a property close to the St. Augustine Amphitheater and it was just a 20 minute walk to the venue. The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of room. The heated pool was fantastic and everyone agreed the beds were extra comfy!We will definitely book again if we are planning to be back in St. Augustine Beach!

Came to see the lights

Overall a great place to stay. We were bummed that the heated pool was ice cold but the owner came over and sent a pool person to try and fix it. While it didn’t get fixed, the ping pong table helped! Owner communicated well and the area is great. Book it!

Family getaway

The home had plenty of room,and was comfortable.We did run into to several issues, the master bedroom shower didn't drain well. The outside area was beautiful, wish we would of known to bring our own firewood. The heated pool did not work past the 1st night, we attempted to contact the owner via email with no response. The pool was the deciding factor on us renting the property. I will be asking the host for a partial refund. another issue we had was the trash can was full when we arrived so we had to put our trash on the recycling can.Over all the house was clean, noticed a few dead waterbugs, good thing to know they have eat control. The first night I found a blond hairpiece behind a wicker basket in the back bedroom, freaked me out a first.Not sure if we sold stay again,area

First time to St Augustine

The house was amazing. Foremost is was very handicap accessible...super easy for my son to get around. Lots of room for evrryone bathrooms were nice. The location was great considering the amount of people there for holidays it was easy access to most everything. I would love to c0me back agsin. Tammy was super helpful!!

Perfect home for groups

We had a large group of 11 stay at this property for a wedding. We had plenty of space and the propery and home are beautiful. The home is well stocked and had eveything we needed to fix large meals. I messaged the owner, Tammy, several times before and throughout our stay. She was always quick to respond and very helpful. Everyone in our party would stay here again! 5 stars for the home and the host!

Keep on looking

We were not told of the huge road work in front of the house. We had a hugs drop from the driveway to the road. No word of this in any of our email about this property. The bottom of the car hit every time we left or came back to the property. If we did not have an SUV it would not have been able to make it up or down from the driveway. This should have been disclosed. The french drain was clogged and the pump went out which caused flooding in the beck bedroom. This was fixed but it should have been fixed before we even stayed in the house. We could see evidence of flooding before we even stayed the first day. The owners may want to check their belongings in the closest for water damage. There was no place to hang clothes or set you suitcases in a few of the rooms. We would not recommend this house.

The home was a perfect size for the family we all enjoyed it and loved being able to cook breakfast of the morning for the family and the grandkids loved the pool it was amazing. Spacious Getaway!

This property sits in an established neighborhood close to everything we wanted from St. Augustine. Our whole group of 8 had plenty of room to stay together while allowing for our own space when needed. The neighborhood was very quiet...With 2 small children, that was important. The private, spacious pool provided daily activity following all our trips to the local beach (very short drive) or any fun outings. Updated bathrooms allowed everyone to get ready with plenty of space (not to mention hot water)! The outdoor shower was also helpful when returning from the beach! Tammy answered any of our questions quickly and checked in with us mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great home-base for all our adventures!

Not worth it

From beginning to end, almost no communication with the host. We had to wait an hour and a half after check in time to gain access to the home. The host blamed it on VRBO not sending the access code but she also didn’t respond to various calls, text messages, and Vrbo messages. We tried to check in early (I understand that’s not always available) but couldn’t because of the back to back reservations. We turned the lock several times and finally were able to get in (not safe) to find a house that had not been cleaned…….at all. A syringe was left in the fridge (not safe with 3 kids under 10) all the beds were covered in dog hair and sand, after walking around barefoot for 10 mins, the bottom of everyone’s feet were black. Totally not worth the price paid. I will be contacting Vrbo for compensation
