Casa sulla spiaggia di Saint Augustine

House si trova appena a sud del centro di St. Agostino, dalle splendide spiagge di Butler e storico Butler, situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal corso d'acqua Intracoastal. Perfetto per coloro che amano la spiaggia così come canottaggio, kayak e pesca. Diverse rampe di accesso alla spiaggia (una delle quali è privata al quartiere) e due rampe di lancio in barca entro un miglio. Ristoranti, giocattoli da spiaggia, tavole da surf, attrezzi da pesca, kayak e noleggio barche sono proprio dietro l'angolo.
Completamente rinnovato 3 camere da letto 2 bagni con ampio cortile e abbastanza parcheggio per portare la vostra barca. Ampio terrazzo sul cortile con vele ombreggianti per posti a sedere all'aperto e barbecue. La casa ha tutte le comodità necessarie per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole, tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice, teli mare, sedie, ombrelloni, giocattoli e biciclette doccia esterna, ecc.

Lovely family-friendly beach house

Plenty of space for a family or 2 to stay, short walk to the beach, games and playground in the back, tiki hut in the front, and close to the historic St Augustine stops.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay, especially hanging out in the tiki hut. Short walk to beach access and an uncrowded clean beach. We were here for a concert at the St Augustine ampitheater and also visited downtown St Augustine. Both are short drives away. House has everything you need. Hope to come back someday! Thank you!

We had a great time at this property for a long weekend away at the beach ! It was a perfect quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for a great stay and the host was very responsive !

Girls Weekend Away

I booked this house for my wife and a few of her friends to have a weekend getaway. They said they had an amazing time and the house was perfect. It was very clean and had everything they needed. The owners met them there. They were so nice and accommodating.

A great stay

We had a great time at Otis’ retreat. Benk was very good at communicating if we needed anything, the house was clean and had all the necessities. Very close to the beach! Loved our stay.

Oties retreat

Had everything we neeeded. Short walk to the beach. Great backyard to grill and have activities for everyone. Also a awesome tiki hut in the front with lots of privacy. Had a great time , and family loved it!

Great property.

Great place, we traveled with a family of 7 and the house was perfect. Crossing the A1A to get to the beach was a little difficult at times, there is no crosswalk and traffic does not stop, but once you get to the beach its amazing! A little disappointed in the ammenities, host said we could use anything in the shed, tandem bicycle had clearly not been used in a while, chain was rusty and tires didnt hold air, chairs were rusty and in poor shape. Not a big deal, but why offer it as something to use when its not usable - just get rid of the stuff altogether so people dont have that expectation. Had to request toilet paper as there was none stocked, host responed quickly and dropped some off. Overall a great experience, would stay again.

Home away from home

Home felt like my home or 1 of a close relative. Owner met us at the house when we got in town to show us how to use the door lock and where everything was. He was very friendly and said if we need anything just text him and he would take care of it even if we just wanted a recommendation for food or directions for somewhere. We didnt take him up on the offer because we like just exploring but it was nice that he would do that if needed!!!

Just right in every way

An old group of friends from across the country reuniting for some WSP. Perfect layout for 6 ppl. Room for more. Everything you need for the beach is there. Nice stroll to the boardwalk. Stretch of beach not crowded and parked on the beach every day (4x4). Close to bait shop and launch. Tiki hut perfect for nighttime gatherings. Back porch great for hanging out. Kitchen great for foodies. Attention to detail, clean and very accommodating hosts. Planning on making it an annual event. ("A1A Crab House" highly recommended)

Great location!

The location of this property is amazing! It's literally about a 7 min walk to the beach, across the street! The only downside to the property is we were asked to not use the backyard for "partying or being loud" we had 4 kids age range (12, 12, 12, 15). It needs to be notated in the property that the back yard is not accessible. The Tiki Hut in the front yard was our saving grace! We spent most of our time in the Hut! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again, just without the kids!

Good week

This place was perfect for the 5 of us. The access to the beach was close & very nice. We didn't pack our beach chairs bc the listing stated some were there.... but we later learned they were broken/ unusable. That is my only complaint, and I shared it with the owner so I feel sure he will correct that issue.

Great Experience

Nice house, great host! There was an issue with the air conditioning on Sunday evening when we returned to the house from being out all day, and it was WARM. We contacted the owner, and he had a repairman there within a couple of hours and got it fixed... Again, on a Sunday night! We were impressed! The host is an excellent communicator. There's a brand new beach access very close to the house that's a nice walk. We loved the Tiki hut and took fun family pictures in it.

Great place to stay

The property was perfect for our group of six. There were lots of amenities included. Our favorite was hanging out in the tiki hut. Excellent location; not far from St Augustine and very close to several beautiful sugar sand beaches. The owner was easy to contact and responsive. We would definitely stay again. Great experience!

Great place to Stay for Beach and Sites

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is perfect and the pictures don't do it justice. The Tiki Hut was our favorite spot to rest each night. We had lots of space to relax. the beaches are beautiful with soft white sand. St. Augustine has lots to do. We loved our Sunset Cruise (even did it 2x). took a drive to see Manatees. Loved Lightner Museum. Benk was a perfect host.

Everything at your fingertips

Benk was awesome. He met us there and made sure to go over places to eat and visit. Very comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed within our reach. Everything shown was on the Vrbo site is exactly as shown.
