Questo concetto aperto completamente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni casa di un livello è perfetto per la tua vacanza. Prepara i tuoi pasti nella bellissima cucina con elettrodomestici di alta gamma. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king-size. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale.

Caratteristica cittadina sulla spiaggia! Se ti piace navigare, nuotare, paddle board, prendere il sole, prendere una sedia e leggere sulla spiaggia c'è qualcosa per tutti! Non c'è bisogno di una macchina quando si può raggiungere a piedi il Pier Park, che comprende il Mercato degli agricoltori del mercoledì, la serie di concerti Music by The Sea di mercoledì sera, la pallavolo, la pesca, la bocce e uno Splash Park al Pier. Ottimi ristoranti, negozi e altro a pochi passi.

Fabulous Beach Home

We love this very nice, nautical beach home with a wonderful location in St. Augustine Beach. The home is very cozy, clean with a well-stocked kitchen and adorable nautical theme decor. It is short walk to multiple good restaurants and cute shops, and steps to the beach.

Perfect location!

This was a super cute house! Location was primo! We love the neighborhood. It wasn’t super clean but acceptable. Also not well stocked; no extra towels, couldn’t find sheets for the sleeper couch and no games for rainy days. Would however stay there again for sure!!!

Decent

The property was decent enough. It was clean but could use some overall cosmetics done outside. The beds were comfortable and the house size just right for three adults. We noticed the plumbing had some issues and had to use plunger in each bathroom but resolved easily. This was a concern for us. We also would have appreciated nicer outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoor space better. The fenced yard was great for our small pet. The location is great with lots of good restaurants nearby as well as the beach and pier park.

Excellent Location

I was actually amazed at how much convenience this home provided. I read the other reviews about the proximity to the Mexican Restaurant (it’s not an issue) but my biggest concern was its proximity to A1A. Turns out these weren’t issues at all. The home is open and spacious. It was comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. You are literally across the road from the beach access. The beaches are pet friendly. You can walk to any number of restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops daily. You are only a few miles from historic downtown. I’d recommend getting a trolly pass if you stay in town all day. You have grocery stores just over a mile away. And convenience stores within walking distances. My only complaint was the tree in the driveway that picked my visit to bloom and drop. But there are car washes nearby. The check out was by 10. It would be easier with at least 11 to avoid work traffic in the area. Overall 10/10 stay and recommendation.

Delightful house, great location (and pet-friendly, too!)

What a fantastic house! My husband, son, and I (and our 2 dogs) had a wonderful time here. The house is clean and comfortable, and the fenced back yard is a *huge* bonus when traveling with dogs. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with non-food supplies. The host was easy to work with and responsive. The location can't be beat - a delicious Mexican restaurant is literally across the street, several other restaurants within easy walking distance, and I was *thrilled* to be able to walk to Zaba's each morning for coffee. The beach is just over a block away - an easy and safe walk with the dogs.

You will not be disappointed 💜

I was concerned that the Mexican restaurant across the street would be loud with cars all over the place, but it was quiet and we did not hear anything! The house was everything it said it would be. The ceiling are vaulted and there is a sky light in the main bathroom. What a beautiful surprise! The beds we very comfortable and the pull out couch was new. It did rain while we were there and the house had puzzles for the kids to put together and plenty of books for the adults.

Adorable beach home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained, adorable beach home in a fabulous location in St. Augustine Beach. The home was very neat with a cute beach decor and well-stocked kitchen. The beach access was an easy one block walk to a beautiful wide beach. Wonderful restaurants were in walking distance of the home as well as a mini-golf course. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Fantastic location & comfortable

Super location, less than 2 blocks from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants, with a great Mexican restaurant right across the street. Clean and stocked with necessary vacay items. Great for our pups with fenced in yard. Only suggestion is to cut the grass in backyard. Would definitely stay again.

Great home away from home!

Completely enjoyed our rental! Extremely clean, great location and easy to work with the property management team. They were even to accommodate a last minute request for an extra night stay. Being in Property management myself in the Savannah market, I definitely back a five star review on this rental and the company that handles it! I plan on renting again! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect!

The house was in a great location, close to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants, including a Mexican restaurant less than 100 yards from the front door. The house was spotless! We brought our Boston Terrier and he loved the fenced-in backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

So many things wrong with this house!

I’ll reach out to the rental company this home was gross the dang glass back door didn’t lock at all either, we also got locked in and out the master bedroom multiple times!

Overall a nice stay. I would recommend a different TV cable service. Even basic cable would be better. Also I would recommend cutting the back yard .

Amazing Stay!!

My husband and I stayed here for a short few day getaway and brought our dog with! We absolutely loved the property and would definitely stay again! Close to so much on the beach and just a short drive to historic downtown. Our dog LOVED the fenced in back yard! Highly recommend!

The house was clean. We did have major issues with the temperature in the house reaching 87 2 days before maintenance came to clean out the condensation drain. We were locked out and maintenance had to come out, didn't have a key, crawled through a unlocked window and the battery on the lock was dead. The sliding door was very hard to open, and being the only back outlet it was a real pain. Large black ants outside the patio door and bugs coming into the house. I would recommend checking these before the next tourist stayed. Also a ceiling fan in the larger bedroom would be a plus. Thanks
