Your spacious primary bedroom is fit for royalty with a king-sized bed, desk nook, a 50-inch Smart TV, walk-in custom closet, and even a cozy loveseat sitting area for lounging. The ensuite bathroom feels like you've stepped into your very own luxurious spa! Light floods in from the skylight to illuminate not one, but two shower heads and spa bench, on-demand hot water, a European-style double vanity, and water closet.
BEDROOM 2 (Office - 2 Singles)
The office has direct pool access and is your vacay work space with a view. It is outfitted with a 2-tier desk perfect for laptops, whiteboard, 40-inch Smart TV, Xbox One, chess/checker board, and daybed with trundle that converts to (2) twins when additional beds are needed.
BEDROOM 3 (Queen)
The queen has direct pool access and a modern jungle vibe fit for a diva. A Casper queen mattress, 40-inch Smart TV, makeup mirror, and custom closet ensure you’ll look like a star every time you step out of your door and onto the pool deck.
BEDROOM 4 (King)
The in-law is adjacent to the second living room and enjoys total seclusion from bedrooms 1-3 while also having easy access to the pool. It's the perfect spot to wind down after a long day of adventures. It has a King Casper mattress, desk, full-length mirror, and custom closet.
**BEDROOM 5 (Casita - King)**
This is the most private bedroom on the property. It is a detached building directly off the back patio with a view of the fire pit and outdoor dining area. It has a King Casper mattress, a Smart TV, fireplace, small desk and independent heat and air conditioning. You’ll be able to fine tune this space to your exact preferences while still being with the group. The casita provides direct access to outdoor dining, firepit, hammock, pool, and a side gate exit if you want to run to the beach for sunrise without waking the main house. **Guests must request use of the detached "Casita" at the time of booking. This extra space affects cleaner scheduling/cost and will incur a $50 up-charge to make ready.**
BATHROOM
Worried about running out of hot water? Fear not - a tankless water heater guarantees you'll have hot water on demand, every time. In addition to the primary ensuite, there is a hall bathroom available for guests with a standup shower that includes spa bench, safety grab bar, a skylight, and plenty of fluffy towels.

Find zen by the pool with some morning yoga, keep up your strength using the provided free weights, or get in some cardio with a bike ride. Don't worry if you didn't bring your bike, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find the rental location at the entrance to the neighborhood. E-bikes are also available a couple blocks further down. And while you're cruising around, say “Hi” to the kiddos playing and the furry friends strolling by. It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood! PAWMENITIES
We love dogs and it shows! We provide numerous pet amenities to ensure your pups enjoy the vacay as much as you do! Crates, bowls, feeding mats, towels, blankets, poo bags, grooming tools, special cleaners and more! If you don't have dogs or can't bring yours this trip, don't let our paw-friendly policy be a cause of concern. The property has a spacious circular driveway and a bonus parking pad to accommodate all your vehicles. With room for up to 5 vehicles or 3-4 cars plus a small boat or RV, there's plenty of parking for everyone in your group!
