House was very clean and communication with the host was great. Check in/check out was great. It’s about a 15 min walk to downtown which was good because parking around town was 20-30. Beds were not super comfy to me but not a deal breaker.We would probably stay again. Only gave 1 star for the Winery because we didn’t visit the Winery.

The property in St. Augustine was first-rate - great location and in great shape. Good amenities - plenty of coffee (regular and decaf) ready for use. Felt like it was newly refurbished. Our host, Kenneth G., was attentive in responding to our messages via VRBO. Highly recommend this rental.

Everything that I was looking for

Everything that I was looking for in a vacation home. The check-in was very easy, the communication with Kenneth the host was amazing, he was extremely professional, very courteous and polite.The property is very nice and clean. Close to all the historic buildings, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I wanted to spend some time with my mom in a nice, clean and quiet place, and this property went above and beyond of what I was looking for. I planned to visit again. St. Augustine is an amazing place. Thank you so much Kenneth for your hospitality.

Nice stay

There's nothing negative that I can say about the accommodation. When we arrived, the home was very clean and a nice cool temperature. It's in the Lincolnville neighborhood which is of historical significance. Very close and within walking distance of the waterfront and other historic attractions; also an easy drive to the beach.

Three of us stayed in this lovely home for a couple of days. We were in town for a concert at the amphitheatre and this was the perfect home for our stay. Very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again

Charming bungalow

This house is located right in historic Lincolnville, which is a very friendly, walkable neighborhood. We met many locals walking their dogs or biking, and a tourist trolley stop is just a few steps away. It is easy to walk to many tourist sites as well as restaurants. La Nouvelle, a French restaurant is just a few blocks away, and it was so good we had dinner there twice. The owner is very responsive to questions and was great to work with. Our only regret is not bringing our bikes. We will next time! House was clean and very up to date.

A perfect stay

My daughter and I absolutely loved this property. The place itself was fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk back after meals and events, and the area felt safe and welcoming.I can’t wait to return.

Location, clean, quite

Communication with Kenneth was always quick and helpful. The home was clean, quiet and less than a block from the trolley while also being within walking distance of restaurants, chocolate factory, winery, distillery and old town. We could not have ask for more. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.
