Historic Hideaway is a charming renovated historic home built in 1900 with spacious indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy St. Augustine to the fullest. Our goal is to create a relaxing haven for everyone in your group (including you mom!). We love our fur babies at the Historic Hideaway and we’re so happy to create a rental that has great amenities for those traveling with their dogs. We do ask that all dogs stay off the furniture – this is to help us keep the furniture damage-free and avoids extra wear and tear.

For an additional fee of $100, simply pack your bags and leave-no need to worry about washing dishes, taking sheets off beds, or cleaning up. We'll take care of the cleanup, so you can spend more time enjoying your stay and less time stressing over chores.

The house includes all amenities. Private heated pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire table, washer/dryer, kitchen, living and dining areas. Outdoor yard with artificial grass, and patio furniture. The yard is fully fenced.

**Pool temperatures are impacted by weather under 60 degrees. The pool is heated and does a great job, but please understand we may not be able to accommodate higher temperatures during extreme low temps for this region. We encourage you to communicate any requests well prior to your arrival.



**GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY** Please note that we are located in a residential neighborhood, so we ask that all guests be good neighbors.



NO EVENTS OR PARTIES:  Guests hosting large parties or meetings without advance notice and approval will be required to forfeit the remainder of their stay with no refund, and will be assessed a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee.  We take this very seriously. Thank you for your cooperation.
