Hello! Welcome to King's Beach Haven! We are a private family owned and operated boutique beach vacation rental house located in the heart of St. Augustine Florida. We invite you to bring your whole family to this amazingly quiet and private beach side Villa. With lots of room for fun and creating memories, King's Beach Haven is just a few steps from one of the world's best beaches, Butler Beach, and just minutes away from the downtown historic St. Augustine; the oldest city in the United States! With the Villa being a newer build, - the home has new furnishings, a chef inspired kitchen, brand new Casper mattresses, our home will most definitely feel like yours! The back yard boasts a very private heated pool and spa, with multilevel outdoor entertaining options. The second level deck also has a custom built in grill for any nights that you may want to have a cook out. The interior has a sprawling open floor plan with lots of room to spread out, relax, and to entertain all your family and friends. Kings Beach Haven is wonderful for couples, groups, girl trips, and most importantly your whole family!

Great location and space

We were 2 families with grandparents and four young children. Two beds on main floor were very spacious. Bunk room and 3rd bedroom with king were downstairs, by driveway entrance. All had en suites, which was great. Main floor living space was good. Plenty of room at the table for everyone and the nook withfuton was great play space for kids. Balcony was nice and grill worked. The pool was perfect, with kids enjoying the hot tub area as a small pool. A/C worked well, kitchen had what we needed, and enough towels/linens. Short walk to beach but the boardwalk had 5 sets of stairs which was a bit difficult with a beach buggy. Quiet street. Short drive to grocery store. All in all, a great beach house, and we had a great time there :)

Beach & pool fun

Good spot for easy, uncrowded beach time. Nice pool that kids (10, 8, 4) enjoyed for hours. St. Augustine close by for touring & some good restaurants. Loved the French bakery (Une Autre Histoire, La French Bakery)! House was spacious & well equipped. Blu-ray came in handy on rainy evenings with variety of family-friendly movies our daughter brought.

Perfect Location and Layout for Big Family Vacation

This property is located in Butler Beach, which is so quiet and peaceful. We were only about four houses from the beach, a short walk even carrying all of our stuff. The pool was shaded and a great space to be after being in the sun all morning. The layout was great with three king rooms and a bunk room. All bedrooms had en suite, which was perfect for our large family to have privacy.Unfortunately, this property is not being maintained very well. You can tell that things are starting to deteriorate. The kitchen is filled with half broken appliances and really random dishes and utensils. The pool area was not clean and none of the outdoor furniture was really usable because it was covered in mildew or stains or even food smears. The book for tenants said that the pool would be serviced on Monday, but it was not. We arrived shortly after the cleaning crew finished, but the trash cans were knocked over and we ended up picking up a ton of trash that was strewn everywhere. One of the trash cans smelled like something had died in itThe sand toys and bikes were a nice touch. And there were lots of extra beach chairs and towels. Overall, the entire property was beautiful and comfortable inside although if you looked above eye-level, there was about an inch of dust collecting on everything.For the sake of this property and location I hope the owner starts to take better care of it soon because Butler Beach is one of the few quiet beaches left.

Lovely home but it needs love

We had a nice visit with some frustrations. The location is nice - 2 small blocks to the beach. The beach was amazing - very very uncrowded. The house has great bones but it needs love/attention. Several others said the hot tub is not hot. We found the same. It's warm but not hot enough to enjoy on a cool day or in the evening. The owner has tried to fix it but so far no luck. There are roaches. NOT BAD - we saw one or two a day ( all on the lower level). Again, the owner has tried to get rid of them but they're back. The pool is sooo nice. But do know it's near a busy road so you do get road noise, if that bothers you. It did not bother us. There are beach supplies but all 4 boogie boards were broken when we arrived (we bought two wave skimmers and left them there for the next guests to enjoy). The bikes are nice but one had a flat tire when we arrived and no functioning pump (the owner ordered a pump that arrived the next day). There are two adult bikes and two kids. So, I'm inclined that "for the money" it could have been better loved/maintained property.

It was Awesome!!

The house had everything. There was 10 of us with 4 kids who shared the bunk room with its own bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms also had their own bathrooms which made life very good. Room for everyone to spread out with the 2 patio’s as well. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Love the Boise music. 4 bikes were awesome and a very short walk to the beach.The house was really set up very well. Close to everything.I definitely would come back. Thank you Matthew

Quiet, large property with great hot tub and pool.

King's Beach Haven Stay (11/25/24 - 12/1/24)

Everyone in our party was impressed by the roominess of the layout. The beds were comfortable and the living area gave everyone the opportunity to come together as a group or go off on their own for some privacy. My son's wife and daughters stayed in the lower level and we stayed in the upper level with our bachelor son.The pool and spa were a favorite of my granddaughters, however the instructions for heating the spa were confusing, and I doubt the temperature ever reached the stated setpoint. The propane grill was a disappointment... rusted throughout and the built-in thermostat didn't work, so our planned grilling of the Thanksgiving turkey did not come about. We ended up using the grill as a warmer for our side dishes on Thanksgiving and never used it again for the rest of the week. From the reviews on your website, I expected a more well-appointed kitchen. My wife loved the stainless steel pots and pans, but the kitchen equipment could have been better organized because she had to go from drawer to drawer to find the various utensils. The dishwasher was pretty basic, and some of the racks were in a state of disrepair.All in all, we were mostly pleased with our stay, but for the price, it should have been great. Butler Beach Haven

We will stay again! Property is as advertised and pictured. Bed rooms, bathrooms, and closets are spacy. Kitchen is well supplied with utensils, appliances, spices, etc, except for a low count on glasses (given the home bed count size). Great room/living room is well set up for common area with eclectic furnishings. Location can't be beat with easy access to wonderful Butler Beach and ample supply of beach equipment. Large rap around deck is great for sitting out. Pool and hot tub are great with plenty of loungers. Given the time of year, it is a bit shady for it being cooler, but that shade would be highly desirable in warmer weather.

This rental is in a great locations just 2 blocks from the beach! Lots of towels and beach stuff was included. Saltwater pool and hot tub were nice. Layout is nice as well. There is one bedroom on main level that does not cool well. The grill area and poolside tables & chairs that are listed in the pics no longer look like that. They are dirty, rusty & need some love. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked but dirty and in need of new pans. Overall it was a nice home in a great location.

Family vacation

This house is perfect for family vacations. Every room has a bathroom and the design is open and spacious. The pool is fun And the beach is easy to get to. If you have a large family, this is the place to stay. We enjoyed our week so very much.

Wonderful Location

We had our yearly family summer vacation here with a group ranging from 7 months to 77 years old. The house was the perfect size and layout for a group of twelve. The pool is very nice and one of the biggest we have seen for a private home pool. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes and kitchenware. The only thing I didn’t realize before booking was the local rule about quiet time after 8pm. Thank goodness my grandchildren just got out of the screaming stage. Overall loved our visit.

The house was great, very accommodating for a group of 6. Location was close to the beach and the pool was great. When we arrived, the house wasn’t that clean. The outdoor spaces were particularly dirty. The neighbors dog yapped a lot during the day. The bikes had flat tires and were not rideable. The refrigerator quit working two days before we left.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our time here! It is a very short walk to the beach and the house was perfect for the 3 families that stayed! Owner was very responsive and helpful! We hope to visit again!

Wonderful family trip at Butler Beach

We absolutely enjoyed our week at Kings Beach Haven! We had 3 adult couples and 2 toddlers. Plenty of space for our group! The kitchen has everything you need! The outside space is amazing! Easy walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family.

Great getaway

Our group enjoyed this spacious house in a nice, quiet neighborhood! Was a couple minutes to walk to the beach which was nice! This place had a nice sized pool and hot tub as well! We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back here ourselves!
