Madeira Cottage - Amphitheater

Escape to our charming studio cottage, surrounded by the best of St. Augustine. With just an 8 minute drive to both the beach and downtown, our location is unbeatable.
As soon as you arrive, you`ll notice our prime location across from the St. Augustine amphitheater, Anastasia island state park, resturants, bars, and shopping. This iconic venue not only hosts popular bands, but also our beloved Saturday Farmer`s Market.
While our cottage offers a private retreat, the driveway and backyard are shared with the main house. Don`t worry, we have space for one car in the driveway and an additional car on the street in front of the main house (we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from parking in front of their homes).
From our cozy cottage, you can easily explore the city`s sandy beaches, historic sites, and delicious dining options. Come experience the best of St. Augustine at our studio cottage.
General behavior and courtesy

No parties or events.

Respect quiet hours 10pm-8am per St johns county ordinance

No smoking. This rule applies to cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed outside, guests must dispose of butts properly. If smoking has occurred inside the house there is a $600 smoke remediation fee that will be charged. (Please close all doors and windows remain closed while smoking.)

No unregistered guests. The number of guests should match the reservation. We do not charge for extra guest. For fire code safety and insurance purposes we must know the number of guests in the home

Respect the property. Guests are expected to treat the home with care, just as they would their own. This includes not rearranging furniture and being mindful of their surroundings.

Report damages. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN! Guests are expected to inform the host immediately if something breaks or is damaged during their stay.

Pet policy. NO PETS

Property upkeep and safety

Take out the trash. Please try to recycle

Leave the space tidy. While a cleaning fee covers standard cleaning, guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. If deep cleaning is required additional maybe added.

Turn off lights and appliances. To conserve energy and for safety reasons, guests should turn off all lights, air conditioning set to 76, and electronics when they leave.
Lock up when leaving. Guests are responsible for locking all doors and windows.
