    Mi chiamo Beatrix e sono la proprietaria dell’unità 710. Ho acquistato l’appartamento 710 nell’estate del 2020 e l’ho ristrutturato completamente. Possiedo già due alloggi in affitto: www.vrbo.com/38943 e
    www.vrbo.com/55480.. Ogni appartamento ha oltre 190 recensioni a 5 stelle e i miei clienti sono molto soddisfatti della qualità degli alloggi che offro. Il mio nuovo appartamento 710 è stato ristrutturato secondo i miei standard. I miei ospiti apprezzano il fatto che mi occupi personalmente delle pulizie e la pulizia degli alloggi!

    Villa: due camere da letto, due bagni, 1180 piedi quadrati, patio con zanzariere, molta privacy, parcheggio riservato davanti all’alloggio. St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Resort è un complesso residenziale recintato a mezzo isolato dall’oceano. Non c’è bisogno di attraversare la strada principale.
    A meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

    L’ Villa si trova proprio dietro la piscina (riscaldata in inverno)!

    I giardini sono davvero incantevoli. Si trova sull’Isola di Anastasia, nella storica St. Augustine, la città più antica degli Stati Uniti.

    Smart Lock: accesso senza chiavi. Scegli tu stesso il codice per il tuo alloggio, valido solo per la durata del tuo soggiorno. Questo rende molto più facile fare una passeggiata sulla spiaggia senza preoccuparti di perdere la chiave. Questa esperienza moderna ti garantirà maggiore sicurezza e tranquillità!

    La villa è tutta su un unico piano, senza scale da salire, per rendere il tuo soggiorno ancora più confortevole. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca ed è completamente attrezzata.

    Ti mettiamo a disposizione una macchina da caffè tradizionale e una macchina Keurig per una tazza alla volta!

    La zona pranzo comprende un tavolo e sedie per quattro persone. Adiacente alla zona pranzo c’è il soggiorno con un divano (divano letto queen size con un nuovo materasso in memory foam da 4,5 pollici) e un divanetto a due posti. Ti offriamo una TV VIZIO da 42 pollici con XFINITY HD, oltre 140 canali e accesso a XFINITY On Demand. È incluso anche Netflix!! Un DVD ti garantirà una serata piacevole e rilassante sul divano dopo una giornata di divertimento al sole!

    Il patio protetto da zanzariere è arredato con un tavolo, quattro sedie e una sedia a sdraio con vista sulle palme tropicali. La camera da letto principale ha un letto queen-size con bagno en suite dotato di cabina doccia. Ha accesso al patio e a una cabina armadio molto spaziosa. La camera da letto principale ha una TV LCD da 19 pollici.
    La camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli e un bagno privato.
    Biancheria da letto e da bagno sono fornite.
    Nella villa ci sono lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.

    Il proprietario vive in città ed è sempre felice di darti consigli su ristoranti, shopping, golf e altro ancora.

    All’Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club puoi giocare a tennis a tariffa oraria, con 10 campi in terra battuta (otto illuminati). È possibile prendere lezioni di tennis con il professionista del club.

    Durante la “Notte delle Luci”, St. Augustine risplende della magia delle feste, dal suolo fino ai tetti. Selezionate dal National Geographic nel 2011 e nel 2012 come una delle dieci migliori installazioni luminose natalizie al mondo, le Nights of Lights di St. Augustine sono caratterizzate da milioni di minuscole lucine bianche che creano un’atmosfera magica nella città più antica degli Stati Uniti.

    Questa spettacolare illuminazione, che affonda le sue radici nella tradizione spagnola di esporre una candela bianca alla finestra durante le festività natalizie, riflette i 449 anni di storia della città e crea una cornice meravigliosa per ricordi natalizi indimenticabili.

St. Augustine Stay: Perfect Location and Charm

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa! It was clean, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating for our family. We especially loved having the pool right outside the villa and being just a short walk from the beach.Beatrix made us feel so at home, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. We highly recommend this location to anyone planning a stay in St. Augustine, and we definitely plan on coming back!

Gated quiet property. Access and check in was easy and brochures were provided with coupons and area attractions. Two blocks from lovely beach and pool on property. Fully appointed kitchen, Wi-Fi, and beach chairs. Excellent value for price.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo for two weeks. The check in and check out process was very easy. The condo was everything we needed and more. It was very spacious and clean and secure. We loved the reserved parking spot in the shade and how quiet the condo was. The resort is so convenient to everything (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) and an easy drive to the downtown/historic areas. The condo was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need.Beatrix was so warm and welcoming. We never had any issues. She followed up with us mid stay to see how our stay was going. She was so helpful. She provided a notebook in the condo with lots of helpful information and restaurant menus. Thank you Beatrix for sharing your amazing and special place with us. We definitely want to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a stay in the St. Augustine area.

Amazing property in a beautiful city!

The property that is described on this site is even more beautiful and centrally located than indicated. It was everything we wanted and MORE! As first time visitors to Saint Augustine, we were unsure as to where to stay. We took a leap of faith and booked this property. Could not be happier! Beatrix, the owner was easy to get a hold of, the property was as clean as any place I’ve ever stayed, beautifully upgraded, and very close to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a good time with a great location and minimal interruption or maintenance. And the beach was just spectacular. We will definitely be going back and will certainly be staying here when we do. Simply beautiful!

Property is beautiful, clean, includes everything you will need for a stay. Beatrix was very welcoming to our family of 5 to provide amazing family memories. Beatrix was only a phone/text away if we need it her which we never had any issues. The condo/villa has all kitchen commodities, beach chairs, umbrella, surfing boards, movies, cleaning supplies in every bathroom, laundry ready to use. There is absolutely everything at hands. Parking literally next to the beautiful pools under the most amazing oak trees. We definitely wants to come back. We felt in love with St Augustine and this property. Close to everything Publix, Dunkies, Walgreens, beach access from the condo. Thanks so much Beatriz for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

My family stayed in this villa for our first vacation to St. Augustine. Everything was perfect! The check in process was very simple and Beatrix left plenty of brochures, maps and the clubhouse passes for us to use during our stay! The villa had everything you would possibly need and there was no need to bring any additional household items from home! We brought a double bed sized air mattress for our third child to sleep on and it fit perfectly at the end of the beds in the second bedroom! This way my husband and I could still finish things up in the kitchen and living room after the kids went to bed. The parking was very close to the villa and the pool was just steps away! Although we could walk to the beach, which we did in the evening for a quick dip in the ocean, we decided to drive to the beach during the day when we planned to stay awhile because of all our stuff! Overall, it was the perfect place to stay for our family and we will definitely stay again when we return!

Quiet, comfortable, affordable.. just about perfect!

Excellent location, nestled right next to the beach but close to two grocery stores and just about anything else you could want. It is an easy short walk to the beach. Or you can drive right onto the beach for a small fee, the beach access is on the same road. It is right next to the pool, under a canopy of trees. Nice wide parking spot located close to the front door. The property was immaculate and smelled fresh. AC works very well cooling the property quickly. Nice sized rooms and common areas, while it is a smaller unit, it doesn't feel small or cramped.Nicely decorated and very very well equipped. They have most everything you'll need for your stay. A closet full of extra towels, sheets, and beach accessories such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The unit is tucked in the corner, just a neighbor to your right. The covered porch is private with outdoor seating, a table, and a lounge chair. Excellent communication from Beatrix. Sent over very helpful maps, access, and rules for the property well before our arrival.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this villa! The villa was nice, clean and well equipped and has key less entry to make check in and out very easy. The pool is right across from the house and the unit also has a membership to the Atlantic Beach & Tennis Club with another 2 pools (one inside ), a gym and tennis courts. Downtown St. Augustine is 12 minutes away by car and grocery shopping 1 minute. We would like to return soon!

June Family vacation

If you are looking to spend your vacation in the perfect condo with an easy walk to a pristine beach, you definitely need to check out this condo. It’s the cleanest and best equipped vacation spot I have had the pleasure of renting in a long time. The landlord is very professional and cordial and has gone to great lengths to ensure that you will have access to all amenities that you will possibly need to make your stay memorable. The rate is very affordable.

It was a pleasure staying here. There was absolutely nothing that we longed for.

This home was as clean as it gets. Everything was Tidy and neat. We felt right at home. We had everything that we needed and more. Love the walks to the beach. The pool is right across from the house. This is, by far, the best place I have ever stayed at, as far as cleanliness, location and communication with host. Loved the easy checking process as well. Very clean and convenient to everything

We had a great time during our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy the beach, restaurants, etc. The place was very clean and neat. Had everything that we needed to be comfortable, including beach chairs, which our friends had forgotten to bring. I was highly recommend this place! Thanks Beatrix!

Amazing Stay!

Had a wonderful time. Condo felt like a beach cottage. 5 min walk to the beach. 15 mins or less drive to attractions. Even closer to stores & many restaurants. Hair/nail salon & masseuse just beyond the gate. Owner thought of everything, making our stay enjoyable. From hair dryer to iron/ board to beach chairs to kitchenware, it felt like home staying here. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic weekend!

Our stay was fantastic overall! Beginning with the ease of communication with Beatrix, who was easy to reach and very helpful...The location of the property was perfect, just a few minute's walk to the beach. The house was impeccably furnished and decorated, and everything one would need was available. All we needed to bring was our personal items and food. The house was super clean, and I have to say I am a very picky person with cleanliness, and this house made me feel at home. I will definitely stay there again!
