Newly Renovated Home in Downtown St Augustine

Located in the heart of St Augustine Historic District steps away from amazing shops, St George Street, Fountain of Youth, Castillo de San Marcos & tons more! Amazing home for hosting big families & friend groups with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and up to 10 guests. 5 minute drive to the beach + a BONUS sandy backyard and cabana for when you don’t feel like leaving the house! Beyond spacious with multiple lounging areas, indoor and out— From the comfy living room, large dinning room & outdoor space.

This beautiful home is newly renovated with a first-floor master suite, 4 additional bedrooms on second floor, "chef in the house" fully equipped kitchen, open floor dining and family room space, conversational sitting rooms and an enclosed front porch with rocking chairs. This home has all the amenities to accommodate two families with enough space for togetherness and time apart. We also have a sandy backyard with Adirondack chairs, outdoor seating, and a cabana with hammocks!

The home is perfectly located for friends/families to fall in love with the oldest city in America and enjoy the downtown that is full of amazing restaurants, live music bars, and a short drive away from the beach (5 mins) and St Augustine Amphitheatre (12 mins).

Our stay in downtown St. Augustine was wonderful. The home was large (9 of us) and walking distance to shops and restaurants on St George street. Our home was extremely comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our host was very accommodating and responded to our questions immediately. There was parking available for all of our vehicles. We definitely will return to this beautiful city and will stay in this house again.

Great location in St. Augustine

Loved that the location was within walking distance of downtown and the house was nice and spacious for the 8 of us. Driveway is super narrow but we had multiple cars lined up in it. It made it tough for us to get out of the cars if already in the driveway and also for others who were staying in the house behind us to walk in and out. Cute sitting area outside in the back!

Graduation Weekend Stay

We had a great time in this house in St Augustine. There was plenty of room to sleep and just hang out in the house and a short walk to some great restaurants and attractions. Everything in the house was exactly as shown and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful Stay in a Great Location

I stayed at this property with a group of friends for a bachelorette get away. The location is ideal, it is within walking distance to a lot of main attractions. The place itself is beautiful it look just like the pictures. Just make sure to bring things like shampoo and soap with you. I would definitely stay here again the host was very helpful with addressing any questions!

Night of Lights

We stayed as a family (7 adults and 2 kids) to celebrate our dad (children's grandad) 80th birthday in St Augustine for the Night of Lights. House is very old so has lots of character. It has been updated so has all the creature comforts of todays day and age. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The best part is the location. It is so close to everything. So convenient to be so close to the downtown area. We were able to walk to Fountain of Youth, George Street, Castillo de San Marcos.

Convenient location to the old city, fort, and plenty of restaurants, all within walking distance. Clean rooms, nice kitchen, plenty of space to visit with family. Would stay here again.

July 4th was a Bang!

Exactly as advertised. Quick responses from Hannah and accommodating. The location was perfect...easy walking distance to Old Towne but the street the house is on is quiet. We were there for the long 4th weekend and it was great.

Family wedding weekend

We fount this home to be centrally located. We could walk to many restaurants and sites. We were there for a family wedding at the Fountain of Youth. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Was very clean and nice to have two separate living areas. It was decorated very tastefully! We had two people trip and fall over area rugs. They need rubber pads under kitchen and living room. Ice trays would have been nice. There weren’t any to be found and no ice maker. Yea for Instacart! Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!😎

Celtic Festival

This house was great!!!! Perfect location to walk to the. Celtic Festival and downtown Saint Augustine. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, there were 9 adults staying and we all had enough room to relax. Will probably book again for next year😀

Clean but old

House was cute and clean; beds were amazing but the house is old, which means quaint but small bathrooms and small kitchen and lots of creaking floors. Some of the floors felt way unleveled. Driveway was super narrow so we ended up just parking in the street because it was an ordeal to backup. Great location- you can definitely walk to all the action.

We had a fabulous time celebrating my dad’s 84th birthday and curling up with our first grandchild. The house was very comfortable and we all enjoyed sitting together in the great room to watch the Georgia game. The location was perfect to walk downtown. Hannah responds quickly and makes sure your stay is perfect. We would love to come back. It was exactly what we were looking for to all be together and do something different.

Amazing St. Augustine Location

Our older kids (young adults/teens) and us wanted a quick getaway and we decided on Saint Augustine. The uptown area, where this house is located, is super adorable, very walkable, and very close to all of the Saint Augustine attractions. Aside from going to the beach (which was not far away) we did not have to get in our car one time. The house is exactly as pictured. It is older, but that just added to the character. Everything is neat, clean and decorated beautifully. The outside area was perfect as well. Would definitely stay here again!
