Ponce Landing 7 - Oceanfront Townhome Accesso alla spiaggia privata Saint Augustine Beach

Questa casa di fronte all'oceano ha una splendida vista di San spiaggia di Agostino. Si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di St. Agostino e a pochi passi da alcuni ottimi ristoranti e divertimenti.

Il secondo piano camera matrimoniale ha un letto king size che si affaccia sull'oceano per vedere il sorgere del sole, senza dover uscire dal letto. La seconda camera ha due nuovissimi letti matrimoniali e può ospitare comodamente due (o quattro, se non mente la condivisione!) Ci sono due bagni completi che lo rende facile per tutti di prepararsi per una serata fuori o qualsiasi avventura. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di balcone privato con la seconda si affaccia una delle piscine del complesso.

Il primo piano dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con molti nuovi elettrodomestici. La sala da pranzo 6 posti a sedere comodamente intorno al tavolo. La zona giorno è arredata con mobili ampio e confortevole con un divano buono per il pisolino. Il primo piano ha anche uno dei bagni e un garage. L'interno della casa è stata appena dipinta, ed è stato recentemente rinnovato con una nuova aria centrale, e molti altri arredi nuovi. Tutte le lenzuola recentemente acquistati vengono forniti, insieme con cavo e libero, sicuro, il servizio WIFI. Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale sono entrambi dotati di TV a schermo piatto.

La zona giorno al piano terra dispone di un patio esterno con posti a sedere per gustare un caffè prima di andare in spiaggia con accesso alla spiaggia privata del complesso. Il complesso dispone di due piscine situate sulla proprietà, una riscaldata. C'è una passerella privata per ottenere un'ampia spiaggia. Due strade più è un accesso alla spiaggia per 4 ruote motrici.

This is a small property for 6 people. The dryer did not work properly and there was a note it only worked on low or medium heat so the owners knew it was an issue. The dryer did not work after a few minutes if there were more than 3 towels in it. I spent every night until midnight trying to get laundry done.

Perfectly comfortable beach condo. We loved how close we were to the beach. The condo complex is small and everyone was super friendly. We slept so soundly to the sounds of the waves.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed. Right on the beach with a great view from the bedroom balcony. Only 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine. We left the day before hurricane Nicole. I hope the area recovers quickly.

This property was very well decorated and comfortable. It was beach friendly with the decor, the flooring and the beach equiptment in the garage. one of the pluses of this property is the attached garage.

We were very pleased with property and location. The direct access to beach was fantastic and multiple views available from the unit. The garage was a really unexpected feature that we appreciated. Internet access was good although the streaming access was not available but not really an issue for us. We plan on booking several times per year going forward for quick getaways.

This townhome was a wonderful place to stay! Great location, very quiet, direct beach access, close to restaurants and easy drive to downtown St Augustine! The townhome came with everything needed plus more than we expected! We loved the balcony and sea breezes. I would highly recommend this place to stay for your St Augustine beach vacation!

We've done several VRBO properties on St Augustine beach. This one had definite pros and cons. Overall, it was better than staying in a small hotel room for a family of 4, but our least favorite of the properties we've stayed at. I'll break down the whys: Location: 5/5. I'm not sure you could get a better location, steps to the beach, quiet townhouse, and easily walkable to the pier, mini golf, and all the restaurants. 10 minute drive to downtown, even less to the lighthouse, state park, and gator farm. Location was definitely ideal. Management: 5/5: Super responsive to any needs, quick replies via text, showed up in a flash when we needed them. Great management. The townhouse itself: 3/5? 2/5? The townhouse was definitely a bit older, no master bathroom, some of the outlets didn't work right, stuff like that. On the first morning, our son screamed "RAT!" We thought he was joking until he yelled "it's got a tail!". Well it wasn't a rat, but it *was* a beach mouse. And so we chased it around like crazy people trying to get it out the back door. We failed, and it ran into the love seat, where it appeared to have made a nest. We put the whole love seat on the back porch, and management came and dealt with it very quickly (awesome response time!). There were also ants with uncanny food radar in the kitchen, any crumb on the stove was whisked away post haste. The mattresses/couches could use a refresh, they have definitely seen better days. None of that stopped us from having fun however, and the place was a lot cheaper than the "nicer" properties we had stayed at, so depending on your priorities, it's a fine place to stay if you need the extra space. Garage: What a nice perk! Great place to store our beach stuff, or change for the beach. It was also well stocked with bikes, beach toys, kites, etc. Overall, this place was definitely a mixed bag - It wasn't perfect, but we still had a great weekend.

The location was great. Only two concerns, the sliding door to the patio did not lock. It was broken and a stick was put in the track to keep "secure". No way to go out and in without locking. Lastly, there were bugs in the kitchen all the time. Other than that, the property was very nice. The options of renting equipment was fantastic.

This property faces the beach/ocean. You can view the ocean from the second floor balcony. Watched sunrise come up over the ocean. This property has all the amenities of home. There is some beach equipment, but some could be in better condition. Watching TV was cumbersome. They tried to use a universal remote to make things easier, but it was a very antiquated process. I was able to figure it out, but some may not. All and all, I would stay at this property again!

very clean had everything we needed..perfect location..only problem was that we had called about the pool being heated and they said yes it was...but unfortunately it wasn't so that was disappointing to our children
