The Space
Salt Therapy South is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house that sleeps 6 guests. Spread across three levels, the home offers open living areas filled with natural light and comfortable spaces to gather. Settle into the living room with the HDTV for a movie night, or enjoy conversation around the dining table after a day outside. Elevator access - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide - makes moving between floors simple, and a private entrance adds ease and privacy to your arrival.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home includes 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is prepared with bed linens, hangers, and bathroom essentials for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are available, making longer visits convenient and easy.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, with full-size appliances and ample space for cooking. Whether you are brewing coffee before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after exploring St. Augustine, the dining area provides a welcoming place to gather.

Outdoor Living & Pool
Step onto the patio or balcony to catch the coastal breeze. The shared outdoor pool - available all year and saltwater - offers a refreshing break between beach outings. The pool is shared with the North house. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). A grill and barbecue utensils invite relaxed outdoor cooking, while free parking on premises - 3 spaces - and a garage that fits a boat or jet ski add flexibility for coastal adventures.

Beach & Location
Beach access is directly across A1A, placing a peaceful stretch of sand within easy reach. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided to make your time by the water simple and comfortable. Beyond the shoreline, downtown St. Augustine offers historic streets, restaurants, and culture just minutes away.

Comfort & Convenience
High-speed Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans ensure comfort throughout the year. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in with a lockbox allows flexible arrival. This home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs with prior approval.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog.
