Nestled just north of Historic St. Augustine on a picturesque, tree-lined street, this luxurious home offers a perfect escape for larger families or groups of friends. With eight bedrooms and five full bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone to enjoy comfort and privacy. Recently renovated with chic décor, the villa exudes an inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside.

It serves as a central hub for family activities and relaxation. Ascending to the upper level, a second living area awaits, offering a more private and intimate setting. Renowned for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously inhabited European-established settlement in the continental United States. There is a covered off-street parking space with room for two(2) cars.

• OUTDOOR •
This residence presents an enchanting outdoor sanctuary. The expansive backyard beckons with a central firepit, surrounded by comfortable chairs, ideal for intimate gatherings beneath the open sky. A well-appointed BBQ grill stands ready for outdoor culinary delights, while a lively game of cornhole adds a playful touch to the atmosphere. Ascending to the upper level, the balcony unveils breathtaking views, creating a serene space for reflection or shared moments. Adorned with al fresco dining arrangements and plush seating, the balcony transforms into a luxurious retreat, offering both comfort and a front-row seat to the natural beauty of St. Augustine. This home harmoniously combines elements of leisure, entertainment, and scenic charm in its outdoor spaces.

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the home. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• BBQ Grill: Guests are also requested to clean the BBQ grill thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

• Credit Card Fee: Please note that bookings made through platforms other than Airbnb and Hopper will incur an additional credit card fee, which will apply to your payments.

• Change of Reservation Date: Kindly ensure the accuracy of your reservation dates. Any changes to the dates must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the automatic declination of the request.
