Sea Winds unità 30 è uno dei rari 3 camere da letto condomini Sea Winds con la cucina e zona giorno al piano terra. L'intero condominio è stato completamente rinnovato negli ultimi 18 mesi con una nuova cucina, nuovi bagni e nuovi arredi. L'unico box auto è l'ideale per i tuoi giochi di sabbia e spiaggia o un veicolo più piccolo e ha un ingresso diretto al condominio attraverso la lavanderia. La cucina ha bellissimi armadi, ripiani in granito e tutti gli elettrodomestici, i piatti, gli utensili e le attrezzature da cucina di cui avrete mai bisogno. Il condominio ha una sbirciatina dell'oceano dalla camera degli ospiti al secondo piano e una splendida vista sul mare dal balcone al terzo piano della camera da letto principale.

La proprietà Sea Winds è una proprietà recintata con una passerella privata verso l'oceano, una piscina, una vasca idromassaggio, un campo da tennis e una club house che può essere affittata per funzioni private.

Foreigner Concert and Spring Break Fun!

If you haven’t been to the Saint Augustine concert venue, you need to go! We had a great time and were just a few miles from the venue. We enjoyed all of Saint Augustine while we were there and had some great seafood. Four generations and a boatload of fun.

Sandy Shores

Beautiful emerald waters and sugar sand beach. Everyone enjoyed the stay . The rental was comfortable and very well equipped. The location is perfect to historical St Augustine and local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful beach condo

The condo was beautiful. Everything we need was there. The garage was a great place to keep our beach items. Rooms were great. The condo was right next to the beach and pool. My kids loved the bikes just remember to bring a pump tires were flat but we had a pump. Been going to St Augustine for the past 6years and this condo was the best one yet

Great experience .

This property was wonderful in location and ease of stay . Great all the way around . Only hiccup was an ac unit stopped working but property manager had a service rep out the same day and had it up and running in no time .

Loved this condo!

Condo was just as advertised and pictured. Was vacationing with family who had their own condos at this complex and we all liked this one best. Plenty of room to gather for family suppers and plenty of privacy with the bedrooms layout. Having use of the garage to store things was great. Nice furniture on the patio too, which is important to me. Hope to return next year!

Beach equipment

This property had everything you needed for the beach so you would not need to bring anything with you but a tent. Everything inside that you would need was also there. We did not see that it had all the beach equipment when we booked, we should have checked that way we did not need the chairs. This place was good from top to bottom my granddaughter wants to go back for two weeks.

Family summer

We have been staying at Sea Winds for the last few years with 2020 (Covid) being the exemption. My Aunt has a place on the beach about a 1/2 a mile that her and my mom stay at for the week and my husband and I have stayed at the sea winds in a different unit. This year we decided with our kids being adults and having our first grandchild we needed more room than our usual 2 bedroom that slept the same amount. This unit was everything we needed and more. I’m a nurse and after the last year I with Covid and working multiple hours at the hospital I was in dire need of relaxation on average I worked 48 + hours a week and my daughter is a teacher so I had my grand on my days off. The 3rd story master made it so that I could sleep in and relax and not hear the going ons of anyone else in the house. It was amazing! The air conditioner and fans were fabulous and I was never hot while sleeping! The unit was well maintained and well stocked with everything we needed and the easy access to the beach was amazing as well as beach chairs that some of our bunch forgot to bring. Looking forward to booking again next year!

Excellent place to stay for enjoying the beach.

We stayed here with family for 4 days, and everyone had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and well appointed, and the property was not only just a few steps away from the beach, but also within walking distance to the market and several restaurants.

Last minute booking

Our travel plans changed suddenly and we booked this unit at Sea Winds at the last minute as a Hail Mary which completely saved the day. This town home was immaculate with every convenience.

A wonderful condo with perfect access to the beach

This condo ended up being a perfect size for our family of 6. Two of our daughters bunked in the double while our son and other daughter were able to share the 2 twin room. Having the master upstairs with patio enabled my wife and I to have some wonderful quiet time to end the day listening to the waves. The accessibility to the beach is wonderful and even gave us the night time access which the kids absolutely loved. Plenty of wonderful restaurant and activity options in walking distance as well.

This place was great!

My family and I enjoyed our week here! The condo was perfect for our family and was very clean and nice. The pool was great and access to the beach was very nice. This was a great vacation for us and we are already talking about coming again next year!

We loved staying at this condo. We were multi family. There was plenty room for us. We loved our short walk to the beach. It was easy to tell the condo had been updated. It was very modern and clean. All the amenities are nice. The entire place was well kept.

Space issues

The place was easy to find, but the first issue was parking. There is a garage, but it is a one car car garage if even. I have a 4 runner and I only had 6 inch clearance on both sides. Once in the garage (this is my car all the way to the laundry door to be able to close the garage door) I couldn't open my doors all the way to get out. Tight doesn't describe it. I wouldn't have used the garage, but my husband drove separately and he had to park in front of the garage. You also share a "spot" with the condo next door) And I mean you can't open the door all the way or you will hit the other car. The place was clean, living room has a big tv .. lots of movies, some games. Back patio was nice. Kitchen is small, but all cooking stuff there. However, no extra's... like salt or coffee filters.. so take inventory. (Kitchen rug needs to be washed or new honestly) Wifi router is on counter.. With actual passwords and network. The sheet I was given had different network so first day we didn't have it. However, only my phone could pick up signal.... wifi would connect to other devices, but it would say no wifi available... so basically no internet. All the bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. Twin bedroom is spacious, but beds are tiny! Fits kids or tiny adult only & TV network didn't work. There is a balcony off this room, my girls are old enough, but it would make me nervous with smaller kids. Queen room is pretty, bed is super squeeky, you can also hear everything on 3rd floor. Master is on 3rd... very spacious, pretty with high ceilings. However, there is no attic space so it stays warm up there! There is a big walkin closet which is a waste, because bathroom is small. shower is smallest ive seen. It was very clean and water pressure and temperatures were good. Bed was large and very comfortable, slept great. No flat sheet on bed and couldn't find extras anywhere! There was only a few extra towels of any size and most were stained. Maybe if laundry had bleach? It didn't make me feel very homey. There was a separate balcony from master which felt private and I really liked it. You can hear the ocean at night from here. There is a small view of ocean in the daytime. Pool was big, clean and quiet. Unless you are right next to pool you should drive to it. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Overall place was peaceful, family friendly. The cons could be overlooked if they provided this info ahead if time, so I could plan accordingly, especially parking!
