Sleeps up to 8 - Free Parking - Heated Pool - Steps to Beach - Close to Downtown

Our property is located in St. Augustine Beach, Florida on Anastasia Island. We offer short or long term stays.

The property sleeps up to 8 people. On the upper level of the townhome, there are two bedrooms, and two full en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has one queen sized bed, an office workspace, a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
The secondary bedroom has one queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level , there is a full kitchen, a roomy living room with a large sectional sleeper sofa, an attached dining area, a powder room, as well as a laundry closet and screened in lanai. The screened in lanai offers an additional dining space with rocking chairs and string lights for you to enjoy at night.

We have a variety of amenities at your disposal such as a heated pool, drive on or walk on beach access, beach supplies that are free for your to use, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, cocktail bar area, board games and reading materials, as well as extra linens, pillows, and blankets.

We are family friendly and pet friendly. We encourage you to bring your children or pets along with you. We offer items such as a pack n' play, baby gate, dog bowls, treats and more for your convenience. These items are free of charge and available per request.

The home was clean, welcoming and has so many little touches that made us feel like we were staying with a family member (nicely decorated, throw blankets, baby gate and toddler dishes, plenty of towels, etc.). They have a nice lanai with market lights, which was great for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. We found the Parlor Doughnuts within walking distance, Publix just a couple of minutes drive and the beach located at the end of the street. The drive to the historic district was about 15 min (including holiday traffic) and allowed us to take full advantage of the holiday magic that happens in St Augustine. The host was very communicative and was able to answer our questions quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Downstairs bathroom. Looks like it was recently remodeled and very convenient.
Living room with large sofa - perfect for family movie time or great conversations.
Master bedroom was inviting and comfortable.

Filthy House, Fake Photos, and a Dishonest Owner Blaming the Guest — Stay Away!We arrived to find an unkept property with a rusted bench, snot/blood-like stains on the walls, stained bedding, filthy kitchen and dining area, grimy rug, and blood-stained lampshades. The listing’s AI-generated photos looked nothing like reality. The owner refused a refund, offered only to send cleaners, but the filth here would take days to fix and required replacing furniture, bedding, and lamps. They also falsely accused us of breaking pet rules, even though we had written proof they approved three dogs. We had to scramble for a last-minute place so our vacation wasn’t ruined. Thankfully, after countless hours on the phone, VRBO saw the truth and refunded us. We have rented through VRBO more times than we can count and never had such a horrible experience. Avoid this listing at all costs.

Sweet Time

My husband and I love the place. The kids enjoyed it tremendously close to the ocean. Nice time at the ocean. Had a nice time at the pool beds were comfortable. We got to park on the ocean if you wanted to or you could walk to the ocean quiet neighborhood. The condo was well stocked for family from kids to babies. We definitely would love to stay again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic beach trip

The home is very cozy, the beds are clean and comfortable and the pools at the complex are a short walk away with a great vibe and also beachside. The house had everything we needed for cooking and accommodating toddlers and a short drive to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!

Cozy house, great location

This house was perfect for our vacation group of 3 adults and a 15 month old. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean and is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is barely a 1 minute walk and was usually pretty quiet during our stay. There's plenty of good restaurants nearby and St Augustine is a 15 minute drive away. There was a delay in checking in but the issue was resolved quickly and the communication from the owners was great. Highly recommended, would stay here again!

Nice little townhome. Owners did a nice job of providing amenities and keeping it clean. A few deferred maintenance items (light bulb out, loose railings, closet door tracks, etc), but nothing that would keep us from booking here again. Community was a little dated, but decent condition. Pool was clean and well maintained. Beach was about a 7 minute walk. You have to leave the community and take a side road, but traffic was light and it felt safe.

This is a great place that is near the beach

The property was clean and renovated inside. The community was quiet and easy to find. It is central to anything in St. Augustine Beach and also close to downtown. The beach is a five-minute walk. The only downside was that the heated pools were not operational while we were there. Apparently, the pump had been damaged by a recent storm.
