House was new, immaculately clean, everything in perfect working order. Fenced yard was very safe and welcoming to dogs. Nice neighborhood with use of pool, pickleball courts and dog park! Host was extra thoughtful with holiday treats and wine, cheerful holiday decor, host respo ds immediately to inquiries. Kitchen is equipped with all necessities, multiple coffee makers, beach stuff. Laundry and ironing stuff - all detergents, soaps, paper goods and linens clean and in great condition. We will be back!

Not enough bathroom space for a party of eight also not really elderly, friendly, not enough towels

The house is a cute little house that seems to still be in the renovation or building phase. It was very clean upon arrival check in was OK even though the Cleaner was still there at 4:40 PM. Check in is at four. I had asked the host upon arrival after booking if it was Elderly friendly as my grandfather‘s 89 years old with mobility issues, I did have to shower him in the master bath, and there was no handrails in there, which made it kind of dangerous. They only provided a certain amount of towels , which was very inconvenient to have to wash towels during our stay The back bedroom king size room. The vent doesn’t properly work back there so you have to keep the door open to get air It’s ideal for a short stay maybe and a smaller party than eight not if you’re going to the beach it’s very inconvenient drive to the beach. Also they advertise pet friendly, pet friendly, but they watched us on their doorbell rand had a problem with the service animal that we brought when he was in fact, 35 pounds so he was in the medium range not a large range after she found out he was a service animal. She was OK with ithowever, I probably would not stay at this property anymore just because for the price that I paid for four nights we should’ve had zero complications or issues. The homes need fans in them and I think every room should have a TV also like I said not enough bathroom space for eight people they didn’t provide covers the ones on the bed are super thin one didn’t have a sheet

Wedding weekend

Our family stayed with in this beautiful home the weekend our son was married at a nearby wedding venue. We could not have had a more beautiful or restful place for all of us to rest and spend time together. We would love to stay again!
