Benvenuti al Surf Crest Village # 25, Pelican Beach View, meraviglioso cottage per vacanze in famiglia. Questa fantastica casa al mare a 2 piani / 1ba è una novità per il programma di noleggio. Affittare al piano di sotto per ora a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione in seguito per il piano di sopra. Patio al piano inferiore e terrazza in legno al piano superiore con una splendida vista sulla ventilata St. Oceano Agostiniano. La zona giorno ospita la master suite contiene un letto matrimoniale. La camera degli ospiti ospita un letto matrimoniale ed entrambi condividono il bagno completo. Questa zona giorno ospita una grande TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare quei gustosi pasti durante le vacanze. Una lavatrice / asciugatrice full size è fornita per comodità degli ospiti. Sedie a sdraio, asciugamani, un carrello per le forniture da spiaggia e una varietà di giocattoli sono per il divertimento degli ospiti. Il cottage offre due posti auto in loco proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso e spazi visitatori sono disponibili nelle vicinanze. La spiaggia e la piscina sono a pochi passi dal cottage e godono di numerosi ristoranti e negozi a 1/4 di miglio dal cottage. Abbiamo molti ospiti di ritorno. Vorresti essere quell'ospite.
Le due camere da letto al piano inferiore ospitano letti queen size e condividono un bagno completo con vasca / doccia. Un divano letto matrimoniale è nella zona giorno al piano di sotto e ha anche una TV a schermo piatto. I proprietari hanno rifornito gli scaffali con alcuni dei film preferiti della loro famiglia! Una lavatrice / asciugatrice full size è fornita per comodità degli ospiti.
Il cottage offre due posti auto in loco proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso e due spazi visitatori sono proprio di fronte all'unità. La spiaggia e la piscina sono a pochi passi e ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi a 1/4 di miglio dal cottage. Questa proprietà è anche il luogo perfetto per riunioni di famiglia e matrimoni perché rappresentiamo anche un altro cottage con tre camere da letto e due bagni nel villaggio. Close to the beach

Within walking distance to the beach. Had everything we needed including chairs to take to the beach. It had 2 floors which each had 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. Seemed like a short drive to anywhere in St. Augustine.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect location - best view in Sun Crest Village. Unit is a little outdated and needs some fixing up, but the location and set up with two complete apartments makes the unit worthwhile. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach home. Shortest walk to the beach access boardwalk! The home was exactly as described and well equipped. We hope to visit again next summer.

Love the view and short walk to beach

Enjoyed the morning on the deck drinking coffee. And very convenient to the beach . Quite neighborhood and walking distance to mini golf. The pool was a plus too! We would stay there again.

Awesome Location

Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Quiet getaway

Nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach. House was clean, very comfortable beds, had plenty of kitchen needs. Stairs are required to reach the master bedroom and main kitchen. (Yes, 2 kitchens) So, carrying groceries and luggage up stairs wasn’t great but doable. We mostly ate our meals around St George St. but did try the Oasis just down the road. It was good and they do have a quiet, table/chairs area inside away from the bar. — only thing we “complained “ about was how the HVAC worked. Wasn’t cooling well and outside temps was only around 70. If it was 90 outside, we would have had a real problem. Would stay there again if needed.

Quiet Community

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Surf Crest Village. We loved the fact that it was a quiet community and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was conveniently located just around the corner. This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Patty. She is great! Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located close by. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!!

Our family said this was our best vacation ever!! All due to this wonderful home. Having two full floors made it super convenient and ,the closeness of the walkway to the beach-perfection all the way around. Great place!

We absolutely loved this property! Easy access to the beach and pool. Only thing is the pictures make the place look much bigger than it is downstairs when it is a bit tight but not awful. Having the 2 kitchens was awesome. We've stayed at many places and have never had that amenity before and with having my nephews, their mother, my brother and my son it was nice. Loved the balcony very nice favorite place! Would be nice if the balcony had a cover we tried to use the awning but couldn't figure it out. It rained a lot in the evenings so chairs were always wet so a cover would've been nice. The dryer could use an update but worked. Lots of towels! I filled the ice trays for ice and I recommend buying ice and bringing your own water lol. Nothing against place bc they do not have control over the water. Shower upstairs was great. Everything worked very well in the house. Great little neighborhood very quiet. Pool key is behind the front door if you can't find it lol my 9 y/o had to find it for me hehe. Beautiful sunrises. Shower to rinse off from beach is on the bottom porch to the side by trash cans. We will definitely be back! Patti and Harry were amazing! I had a family emergency and she showed me grace and I am very thankful for that. Still good people out there! We really enjoyed every minute of this trip. This is definitely a place I will be saving to come back to! Even though I mentioned some things wrong I would come back still even if they were not fixed.

Casual beach house

We spent a week at the beach with family and appreciated the two separate living spaces in this house. Nice for us to have 2 kitchens but might not matter to some families. The furnishings and towels could use a complete do-over, as they are well used, but for a relaxed rental house theyre adequate. The pix are mostly accurate. The full sized washer and dryer are helpful and location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and activities in SAB.
