Enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, and rooftop deck with panoramic ocean and historic St. Augustine views. This home is special because you can walk 500 feet to the shore. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who are all just enjoying the beach life. Also, Publix and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. There's always a fantastic breeze blowing which makes it heavenly.


Guests have access to the entire property.


There are two livable stories located on the second and third floor. The second floor has one master bedroom with full bath and private balcony, a powder bath, laundry room, entry, dining room, kitchen, living room and front exterior deck. The third floor has one master bedroom with ensuite full bath and two additional bedrooms with shared bath (shower/tub combo). Fourth floor is an open air deck with views of the inlet, historic saint Augustine and the beach. Outdoor furniture is provided for every level of the home including private balconies.


There is a public parking lot located near the beach entrance if more guests plan to go to the beach than the home has parking for there is plenty of space to park and stay for the day.

Get around in style with a new water taxi service between the Vilano Beach Public Dock at the Pier and the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.


Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.

Pool is heated seasonally.

The golf cart can be driven throughout the neighborhood and to the shops and restaurants in the area. It can also be taken to the public parking lot 100 yards east of the home for easier beach access if needed. It can not be driven on the beach itself.
