Welcome to your St. Augustine getaway, where historic charm meets modern comfort in a prime location. This inviting home features a comfortable bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Just minutes from downtown, you’ll be within walking distance of landmarks, shops, restaurants, and attractions, while still enjoying a peaceful setting.
The space
• Private 1BR/1BA cottage in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine
• Beautifully restored early 20th-century home blending historic charm with modern comfort
• Tucked on a quiet residential street just steps from downtown attractions
Inside the Home:
• High ceilings, hardwood floors, and abundant natural light throughout
• Open, airy layout with a comfortable living space
• King bed + queen sleeper sofa for flexible accommodations
• Cozy seating area plus a dedicated reading nook/workspace
• 55” TV with Roku streaming options
• Fast WiFi
• Central AC & heat for year-round comfort
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, microwave, refrigerator, and essentials
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Peaceful bedroom designed for restful nights with blackout curtains
Outdoor Space:
• Welcoming front porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-downs
Location Highlights:
• 3 minute walk to National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche
• 5 minute walk to St. Augustine Visitor Information Center
• 7 minute walk to Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park
• 10 minute walk to the center of the St. Augustine Historic District
• 10 minute walk to Flagler College
• 10 minute walk to Castillo de San Marcos (The Fort)
• 10 minute walk to the Old Jail Museum
• Minutes walk from cafés, stores, and restaurants
• 8 minute drive (or ~2 mile walk) to Vilano Beach. This one has the softest sand.
• 15 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire cottage, including the living area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor space. The home is fully self-contained, so you’re free to come and go as you please and enjoy your stay in comfort and privacy.
Please note that there is a separate front unit on the property occupied by a neighbor. Your space is completely private, but we kindly ask that you be respectful of shared surroundings and mindful of noise, especially during early mornings and evenings.
We aim to create a relaxing, peaceful experience for both guests and neighbors.
Other things to note
~ Please observe our HOUSE RULES ~
We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for all of our guests.
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 10 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•No Smoking of any kind inside/outside of the property. ($1000 Penalty)
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.
•Check-in time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM)
•Check out time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you
Property Disclosures:
We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and walk path which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken.
Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
