To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests, we ask that pets:

Are house-trained and well-behaved
Remain off all furniture and beds
Are not left unattended unless securely crated
Are supervised while outdoors
Have all pet waste picked up immediately
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages, excessive cleaning, stains, odors, or repairs that may occur during their stay. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning or repairs are required.
Unauthorized pets or failure to disclose pets prior to arrival may result in additional fees and may be considered a violation of the reservation.

Event Fees
The following fees apply only to reservations hosting an approved event or gathering.
$1,000 Event Fee
$500 Event Cleaning Fee
$500 Refundable Security Deposit
The refundable security deposit will be returned after your departure once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be free of damages, excessive cleaning requirements, policy violations, or unauthorized guests.
These fees apply only to approved events. Standard vacation reservations that are not hosting an event are not subject to these additional charges.

Event Guidelines
All attendees must be included in the approved guest count before arrival.
Outside vendors, including photographers, caterers, DJs, rental companies, planners, and decorators, must be approved in advance.
Decorations may not damage the property. Nails, staples, confetti, glitter, fireworks, smoke machines, and open flames are prohibited without prior written approval.
Guests are responsible for removing decorations, disposing of trash, cleaning spills, and returning furniture to its original location.
Excessive cleaning, damages, stains, or policy violations may result in additional charges

Check-out is 11:00 AM
Because the home is professionally cleaned and prepared between every reservation, early check-in and late check-out are generally unavailable.
If our schedule allows, these requests may be accommodated for an additional fee and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures may incur additional charges.

Occupancy
Only registered guests included on the reservation may access or stay at the property unless prior approval has been given.
Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests may result in additional charges and possible cancellation of the reservation.
