17 E Street si trova sul lato est di A1A Beach Blvd. qui nel cuore di St. Augustine Beach, e la nostra casa è a soli cinque lotti dalla spiaggia. L'unità al piano superiore è accessibile attraverso l'ingresso anteriore privato.
Al piano superiore ha un ampio soggiorno aperto con TV a schermo piatto 43 "e divano letto matrimoniale pieghevole. Fuori dal soggiorno si trova il ponte privato e il luogo ombreggiato perfetto per il pranzo dopo una mattinata sulla spiaggia.
La grande cucina completamente fornita è ottima per preparare e cucinare i pasti.
La master suite ha un nuovo letto king size con tutte le nuove lenzuola, nonché una TV a schermo piatto da 43 ". Il bagno completo ha una grande cabina doccia e un armadio di grandi dimensioni.
Abbiamo internet ad alta velocità e televisione via cavo, quindi E Street è l'ideale per i viaggiatori che vogliono rilassarsi, ma potrebbe comunque aver bisogno di lavorare. Il nostro noleggio è perfetto per le famiglie che desiderano venire a godersi St. Agostino.
Il garage custodito è uno spazio condiviso con l'unità al piano di sotto e funziona perfettamente per gli ospiti che viaggiano con biciclette e altre attrezzature. Abbiamo anche un sacco di sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni per i nostri ospiti. Così come i carri da spiaggia per aiutarti a portare tutto da e per la spiaggia ogni giorno.
Inoltre, è possibile noleggiare entrambe le unità su E Street se è necessario ospitare più ospiti. Per favore fatemi sapere se questo è l'ideale e possiamo coordinare le date.

The place was perfect for our stay with our pup. We walked to get coffee every morning and it was just down the street from the beach entrance....very convenient. The space was very open and large for a 1/1.5. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is clean and inviting. We stayed upstairs and it was a very roomy 1 bedroom with a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, 2 bathrooms and our own deck. We were in town on a difficult mission to help out an elderly aunt and the rental was just the escape we needed. Clean and relaxing. Morgan, the property manager could not have been nicer or more responsive. A great place! Our only negative was it’s right on A1A and our dog got out. It could have been a disaster. The place being pet friendly was really great, though, and there were no traces that pets were allowed. Only a few houses away from a beautiful beach. Excellent place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, almost five weeks long. Literally everything was easy and hassle free. The host welcomed us the first day and after that was immediately responsive to our questions and a special request. The upper level of this house felt spacious and struck the right balance of chic/beachy. The deck was bright and breezy and even tho busy rtA1A is right there, it was fun to be up above the walkers and any traffic (mostly cars) with a beverage in hand. The kitchen and laundry had everything you would need to function as you would at home. There were plenty of towels and linens are provided. The large downstairs hallway was great for leaving luggage, jackets and sandy shoes. The road dead-ends at the beach access- only five houses down the street. The beach is gorgeous and starts with a wide swathe of dunes then a wide soft, white sand to the shore. It’s only five miles to historic area so we visited several times to tour, eat or just stroll. We loved it. As for eating, our standouts were Columbia, MoJo BBQ and Funkedelic Food Truck. There were plenty of places to hike as well, all less than 15 miles from E St. Location. (Moses Creek, Washington Oaks, Anastasia State Park) This place really checked all the boxes, from the nice accommodations to the general area and the multitude of things it had to offer. We plan to visit a new place every year, but if we were to make a repeat visit, this would be the place. Highly recommended.

This property was perfect for our getaway! It was five days of all the comforts of home with a laid back beach lifestyle. The beach is just at the end of the street for easy access anytime day or night. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and downtown St. Augustine is just a short drive away. Morgan was fabulous to work with and was very welcoming and responsive. Truly a great place and looking forward to staying here again!

Property was great. Well equipped kitchen. Beach a very short walk away and dogs are welcome pretty much everywhere. Can also drive onto beach for a small fee which makes lugging all the beach gear so easy!

Such a beautiful property. Morgan was extremely communicative. It's walking distance to the beach, and shops. It was nice for my husband and I. We will be coming again, next time with the kids. It is a one bedroom unit but the bedroom is huge and will fit an inflatable bed for little ones. We were super happy!!!! Best anniversary trip ever.

This was a great place to stay. The location was walking distance to beach and quick car ride to downtown. Several walking distance restaurants. There were plenty of pots, dishes, utensils to cook if we wanted to but we didn't. We had use of bicycles which we loved. Plenty of beach equipment but we had our own. It was a nice clean place to stay.

This one bedroom upper rental was perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. We loved the location, the access to the beach, the spaciousness of the apartment, and the balcony deck. It was a very easy check-in process and stay.

Everything was as we had expected. The road noise our first week there was the only negative but it was during bike week at Daytona. After that week it was much better. It was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space to feel like home! Morgan is a great property manager and always available for questions or concerns. Would definitely come back.

The property owners are extremely kind, helpful, and so welcoming. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs along with us, and the fact that it was SO clean and comfortable (we love our dogs but we love to keep it clean) made it so much more enjoyable! The home had everything we needed, including just enough necessities to get us through our stay (toiletries, detergent, etc). I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the BEST. I have my fingers crossed that we will get to enjoy this lovely place again in the future!

My husband and two dogs and I stayed here for a month March-April and had a wonderful time. This was our first time staying at this rental and we were very happy with its features. Its a short walk to the beach and we appreciated the beach stuff provided. the second floor rental was very spacious for us to spread out our projects for the month. The kitchen was well stocked and comfortable for the meal prep that we enjoy. The bedroom, baths, and closet were also quite spacious -the walk in closet was huge and made it possible to keep our belonging somewhat organized. Loved having the downstairs hallway closet for our outdoor stuff and the garage for bigger things. Two nice bikes were available which we shared with the downstairs rental. Just fyi -they are beach cruisers which means they have the foot brakes instead of hand brakes. And last but not least, Morgan was fabulous as always - easy to contact, responds right away, and fixes any problem with great kindness. He is an incredible host. We reserved Barney again for 2023.
