- Set in the unique village of Charlestown this historic property with original beams is crafted from granite and oozes charm. Located within easy walking distance of the Quay which has some fine pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes.
Within walking distance, you can discover The Tall Ships at Charlestown and the setting for the Poldark TV series. A perfect place to relax on the historic quay where time has stood still. St Austell Bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages including Fowey to the east and Mevagissey to the west. Attractions include The Eden Project, The Ship Wreck Centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark mine, St Michaels Mount, and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock house.
Entering this contemporary ground-floor apartment you will find yourself in the stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. This area of the property has been thoughtfully designed to mix contemporary with tradition as it features original beams and colourful décor. The fully equipped kitchen comprises electric oven and hob, wine chiller, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining space is a perfect area for two or four looking to enjoy that relaxing evening meal after a hectic day exploring, there's always the option of settling on the sofa bed in the lounge area, complete with Smart TV and Bose sound dock, ideal for catching up on you favourite programmes. The tastefully decorated bedroom has a king-size bed and TV. The modern shower room is found next to the bedroom with shower and WC.
