The living room opens on both sides with large windows allowing you to enjoy the mild climate and the melody of the surrounding nature.
Facing the sea, the office area is also designed so that you can combine the useful with the pleasant.
Here and there some contemporary pieces bring character to this house inspired by the colonial architecture.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and opens directly onto the outdoor dining area in the shade of the patio that can easily accommodate 10 guests.
The tropical decor enlivens your lunches and the song of the frogs animates your dinners, for a total change of scenery.
Now, enjoy a delicious sunbath or a refreshing swim on the comfortable sun terrace. Loungers and sofas will be the perfect companions for a few moments of rest. The outdoor living room, just as welcoming, invites you to relax as well as to have long animated discussions with friends or family.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor.
Like the house, it benefits from all the comforts of home and has a private bathroom while giving access to the outdoor terrace for a morning swim at the jump of the bed.
