Fabulous place to stay
Unplanned stay starting on Christmas Day late morning with such a warm welcome. Had to extend the booking by two nights because storms prevented Condor from running the ferry back to France so a bonus for us! Lovely room overlooking the sea. Big free car park. Lavish breakfast. Huge TV in the spacious bedroom. Lots of thoughtful details.

Disappointed
The hotel is lovely, however when we got there we were told that quite a few of the facilities weren't available, for example the restaurant and bar!! Quite a big thing don't you think? We should have definitely been informed of this prior to our stay but only found out at check-in. The hotel did upgrade us to a lovely room but I feel as though this was only done because of the above. This was a big inconvenience for us meaning we had to eat out every evening elsewhere and we couldn't just pop into the bar for a drink after returning from a long day exploring the island. This was a definite disappointment and really affected our time in Jersey. Such a shame.

The important things - Beautiful building with very good choice and standard of breakfast. In fabulous location with amazing sea views. Lovely outdoor pool and gardens. Comfy bed. Unfortunately a lot of little fixes needed. The bedroom needed attention - number of small repairs required. Bath/shower no rails/mat and shower door hits off sink when open. Mould round bath. Stairs to top floor very steep which is highlighted on sites however the extended hand rails are wobbly. Lack of fire escape info. Not aware of any one being in charge. Lack of atmosphere in evenings. Low 4 star

A perfect stay!
We stayed at La Haule Manor for a few days in December. We were warmly welcomed, with a lovely glass of Prosecco on arrival. The whole team were lovely and friendly and we felt like nothing was too much trouble! The Manor itself is beautiful and our room was fabulous! It was comfortable and beautifully decorated and spotless! It is in a great location with amazing views! We will certainly be back for our next visit to Jersey! :)

Our stay at La Haule Manor was excellent. The room was a perfect size for a few days stay with a beautiful sea view even in November. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options and the staff were very attentive. We will be coming back.

The staff were friendly and my room was excellent, with a view across the bay. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also excellent. However, because of it's size, there was no bar or provision of evening meal.

excellent hotel,staff were very attentive and courteous and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Location was great ,rooms were spotless and cleaned every day.Breakfast was a fantastic selection of fruit ,cereal, fruit juice and continental choice as well as a large cooked breakfast made to order.would most definitely recommend it.

Must go back to place!
Fantastic stay from start to finish. Staff are very attentive and the breakfast is superb. Bar service on the terrace and by the pool let’s you enjoy the surroundings.

Was able to drop the cases off early and received some bubbles on arrival - nice touch! Staff were also very friendly at reception and at breakfast.

The hotel and location are absolutely stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, great breakfast. Views from the sea view rooms both in the morning for sunrise and after sunset are amazing. We will def definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel in prime location
A beautiful hotel in an ideal location for a short walk into St Aubin for an array of bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Lovely elegant rooms, furnishings, pool & gardens. Excellent, friendly & efficient staff. Only slight negative - rooms very warm at night but traffic noise if windows opened - small fan provided

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Loved sleeping with the windows open and listening to the sound of the sea. Good choice of breakfast and friendly staff. Nice swimming pool. For an old gal like me with arthritic fingers, struggled with turning the shower on and that was the only negative. Highly recommended.

Not a Hotel as such
The hotel is in a very good location. Just next to St Aubin and overlooking St Aubin Bay. Our superior sea view room was lovely. Very spacious with high ceilings, comfortable bed, bathrobes and slippers with an excellent overhead shower. The price included breakfast which was also excellent with a wide choice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool, although accessed by a somewhat steep flight of stairs is very cleanly with plenty of loungers and sunshades and changing rooms with showers and toilets nearby it is not heated so not for those who prefer warmer water My main issue with the hotel is that it doesn’t have all the facilities you would expect a hotel to have. I didn’t discover till after I had booked that there was no restaurant- though there is free transport to the restaurant at the sister hotel which is close by. Also there’s a reality good variety of restaurants within an easy 10/15 minute stroll along the promenade. Our main issue with the hotel is that there is no bar or mini bar in the room. That and lack of restaurant means that you can’t have a drink (tea, coffee, soft drink, beer, wine etc. ) in either the lounge or when sitting by the pool and you have to go elsewhere for lunch. If the weather is good we often opt for a lazy day with lunch by the pool without leaving the hotel but that wasn’t possible. The lounge is very formal so not somewhere to curl up with a book All in all more like a very high class guest house than a hotel.

Wow! What an absolutely fabulous hotel! One of the best we’ve ever stayed in for service, comfort and complimentary added extras! The airport transfers (and extra lifts to st Helier), the glass of Prosecco, the late check out til our lift back to the airport, such happy, welcoming staff and of course the most beautiful sea view made this an excellent hotel all round! Will definitely come back here! Do not hesitate to book!

Great overnight stay. Clean and individually decorated rooms. Staff are really helpful & friendly. Within walking distance to St Aubin for restaurants and bars.

Well presented, charming, great location to st aubins and st helier, staff spot on, food amazing. I only wished 4 one thing and thats the pool to have a cover so it can be used in the winter months. That would move this to a 25 star hotel if the finances can be found.
