“A perfect spot for me and my son to stay while he played in a soccer tournament in St. Louis.”

“The apartment was easy to find. Parking lot was small. There was available parking on the street. The refrigerator made noise when running. I texted the manager and received a immediate response. They had someone come and look at refrigerator while we out of apartment. When we returned the refrigerator still made the noise. ”

“Everything was very Nice, was a little Warm due to the A/C not working well. But we were able to reach someone regarsing it and they were Very quick to respond and take care of the Issue.”

“The code to enter the building and condo were incorrect and the response time was poor.we had zero A/C the entire stay making our stay very uncomfortable.”

“The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. There are stains on the furniture and mouse trap in upstairs...

“Our host was highly responsive and friendly! Accommodations were perfect for our needs and very clean and comfortable, it is family AND pet friendly. The one designated parking space, where you enter your accommodations, was convenient for unloading and loading. There are stairs but a ramp as well. We will definitely stay with this host in these accommodations on our next visit! I give it a 10/10”

“The property was very nice and clean. We had issues with checking in due to we had the property address but not a room number. When I called the phone number on the property information sheet the person that answered the phone said the this was no longer the number for the host. My daughter found information on the website with the room number on it. We talked to a couple of other people staying at the same location that had the same problem.
