“Worst time of my life saying at this place, the hot tub was broke when we arrived. Our suite was not ready then they gave us a room and then when we got to the room, it was filthy. Dirty was never made up then we had to go back and get keys for the another room they’re going to give us and then they said the next day we’ll have our suite walked up. The staff did not know nothing about it and then 20 minutes later they called and says all we got the suite ready but it’s upstairs and we’re just...

“It's not the Ritz, but it's fine for what it is. I had no problem with it. Comfortable bed, we had 2 doubles. TV didnt work , but I was only sleeping there, don't need it with phone, etc. It's really good for the money, I had room 202.”

We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.”
