“We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!”

“Hotel nuovissimo, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei pulman. Ottimo il ristorante dell'albergo. Ho avuto modo di apprezzare un'ottima cena e colazione.”

“The hotel is centrally located in the city of Derry with large clean modern rooms. The bar is essentially the pub next door, which is quite busy. There aren't any real hotel amenities eg lobby or gym, so i did find it tricky without room servi e late at night. Nonetheless in normal hours it is great and comfortable place to stay.”

“Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome.”

“Ottima pulizia in tutta la struttura, accoglienza del proprietario ottima, colazione ottima ed abbondante, abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo inconveniente che non ci siamo sentiti di spiegare al proprietario, durante la notte, per due volte, alle ore 4,30 del mattino siamo stati importunati da uno o più ospiti che, forse in stato non del tutto sobrio, hanno sbagliato piano e tentavano di entrare nella nostra camera posta all'ultimo piano dell'edificio. Messaggio per il proprietario : ma la cameriera...

“Camera piccola e sporca, finestre rotte (una non si apriva e una non.si chiudeva), prenotata camera fumatori e mi è stato detto che in tutta la struttura non si fuma. Bollitore nella camera sporco e con residui all interno, tazze sporche di marrone, appena entri ti assale un cattivo odore persistente. Assolutamente sconsigliato! ”

“I like the kitchen to make your breakfast and dinner. Quiet location but close to the central town.”

“hotel con arredamento singolare. usato anche per feste di matrimonio e di conseguenza rumoroso. in bagno doccia non funzionante, vasca e specchio sbrecciati. stanze senza ascensore con scale. personale gentile. lontano dal centro e difficile da trovare.”
