“Staff was not very attentive or communitive.”

“Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson.”

“Parking was great Staff were pleasant and great Room was cozy and comfortable Only floors a bit dusty sheets was not that clean Sink handle had water stain Bathroom sliding door needs to be clean”

“You can tell it hadnt to long gotten remodel. Rooms were clean spacious and beautiful. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Nice location and easy to find. Beds were comfy qnd they have rooms featuring jacuzzi tubs. I differently will stay again.”

“Siamo arrivati di domenica e vi assicuro sembra una città fantasma, praticamente nesssuno. Comunpue l’hotel ben posizionato e tranquillo, molto gentili sia alla reception che il resto del personale, lo consiglio evitate di arrivare di domenica trovate molti ristoranti chiusi.”

“The room was clean and smelled fresh. Parking was ok but sold out capacity meant little parking as 3 school buses took up 12 parking spots. We did not eat breakfast as we slept late but when we did go nothing was left after 3 buses of children finished eating. And closed at 9 on Saturday when most people sleep little later. ”

“The property was $50 more than the location that I usually stay it in MS. It was not better. No towels could be provided on the second day even by end of the night because they “had a full house.” The breakfast wasn’t good, the coffee wasnt warm. These were my small observations that can make a stay much better.”

“House cleaning never came. But a lightbulb was replaced. No room service.”

“There for a short weekend. The hotel was exceptional. It was immaculate and staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel due to proximity to airport and the overall amenities of the property. ”

“The first room we got the sheets weren't clean. They were stained and had hair on them. I have pictures, went down to the front desk and the lady gave us another room which also had hair on the bed and toenails on the floor. Unfortunately we were so tired we gave up and just stuck with that room. There was no hand soap either. I've stayed at spark hotels before in other states. This is by far the worst spark hotel I've ever been at all the other ones were clean with good customer service. Super...

“Il motel è in una struttura moderna a quattro piani con stanze grandi e bagno nella norma. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. Alcuni problemi nel bagno: il phon non funzionava perché c'era un filo staccato e scoperto, lo shampoo in dotazione era uno per tre persone per due giorni. La colazione è il minimo indispensabile. E’ distante circa 10 km dal centro. ”

“Nice hotel and very near the Trade Mart for our event. Staff and rooms were very good. The gated parking lot was especially appreciated and we felt extra safe. Will book again.”

“The place was not far from the airport and surrounded by good food spot and next to a movie theater which was nice and it was a nice size room”

“Room was clean and most of the staff was great. Breakfast is okay and lots of parking. As an older guest I don’t like that their renovation a few years brought in the shortest toilets sold. ”
