“Great place to stay”

“Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. ”

“Was concerned with security in the area and front desk did not offer much reassurance by saying someone drove around the complex every hour or so. They were shared with the with the apartments near by and were vague on assurance the lot was safe since they gave no security cameras.”

“It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.”

“The location offered good basic accommodations close to downtown, eating places and convenience stores. Capitol police presence near downtown and fairgrounds reassuring.”

“The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and there are many places to eat nearby.”

“When I arrived the black out shade in my room was down, completely on the floor. I spoke with 3 different people on 4 different occasions and the issue was never rectified. I enjoy sleeping in when I'm on vacation and was unable to because of this maintenance issue. At the end of my stay there was still no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience.”

“We stayed in room #119 that did not have a smoke detiector in the room. I just happen to notice the wires hanging from the ceiling capped off but to detector in the room. Not a good feeling sleeping in there overnight!”
