“Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty food options near by ”

“Breakfast could have more options. But overall was good. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Since we had a trailer, we were worried about space and safety, but their parking area was fully lighted and checked on regular basis. ”

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...

“Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again.”
