  • Beautiful 2000 SF 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Home away from home. This home is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. Nice quiet neighborhood with a park across the street where kids can play. We have also included books, games, and children's toys. Older kids and adults can enjoy air hockey, foosball, and basketball games in the garage. Very spacious with king size beds in all four rooms plus a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Beautiful view from the back patio. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen. Close to grocery store and dining, and very popular coffee shop. Several popular hiking trails nearby, including Snow Canyon, Red Reef, Confluence Park, Kolob Canyon, Kanarraville Falls, and Candy Cliffs (Yant Flat).

Great Utah Vacation

Located in a Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped with dinnerware & cookware we had 6 adults, we had plenty of room, enjoyed the patio & the view!

Wonderful stay!!!

Zion National Park was very close and the home had all the amenities. Super close to the Davis Supermarket too! Park across the street and great view in the backyard with a grill! If we come back to Zion, this would be a great stay!

Zion visit

Very easy booking. House was very well stocked. Loved the back deck and the gorgeous views. The gas firepit was great. Very close to many of our planned destinations! Thank you for a great stay.

Great location, Zion was 25 minutes away from the house. Shopping and food close by.. House was very clean but as described, has a few cosmetic flaws. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great birthday weekend

We had a great time visiting Zion National Park and celebrating a birthday. The house was perfect for a get away. Close grocery store, good food not far away, and the best view from the back porch. The owners thought of many extras needed when away from home. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located between Zion national Park and St George with the joining beautiful state and local parks for hiking. All the bedrooms are a decent size and the living room is quite large, with a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely consider staying here again if in the area and would recommend to friends. The owners were also very responsive and considerate.

Southwest Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in LaVerkin. It was a lovely home away from home for us to explore two National Parks, Zion and Bryce. It also gave us a place to hang out with our family-- nine people in all-- in the evening. We enjoyed the view of the mountains in the daylight and stargazing at night. The house was clean and well supplied with necessities like tp and paper towels etc, which was not the case with other rentals we have stayed at.

Family reunion

We were very impressed overall. For the older members of our group, the sofa was not comfortable due ease of getting up (or lack there of). Spent most time sitting at table instead. They would have liked other chairs. The view was AMAZING!!!

Nice home close to Zion National Park

Home has a 4 nice sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a good open layout with a large living room space and big leather couch. There is a large green space with a playground across the street from the home. We had issues with a lot of ants in both the kitchen and the master bath. If the owners could take care of this ant problem and buy a nice coffee pot, some new kitchen pots and pans, and new towels it would go a long way to making the property more comfortable. Home is about 35-40 minutes from Zion National Park.

Great place and location

This place was awesome. Location was close to many attractions. Host was willing to answer all questions we had in a timely manner. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of room for the kids. View is gorgeous and there is a park across the street which the kids enjoyed. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be small minor repairs around the home. Couldn’t use the kitchen faucet to fully capacity because it leaked. The main bathroom shower head would also be better if replaced. You had to stand very close to where the faucet is located to have the water run over your head. These were just minor things and would still recommend this place. We had a great time and made lots of family memories. We had to cancel our Yellowstone trip last minute and this place and location was the perfect replacement.
