Bellissimo condominio di Las Palmas in posizione ideale

Questo condominio bello e spazioso è perfetto per una riunione di famiglia o una vacanza privata. Il nostro balcone extra-large si affaccia sulle lussuose piscine e sui campi da basket / pallavolo / pickleball all'aperto. È il luogo ideale se vuoi guardare le attività dei tuoi figli dal condominio.

Questo condominio ha tutto il necessario. Dai comodi letti alla spaziosa camera da letto / bagno principale con vasca idromassaggio e cucina ben fornita, godrai di una visita spensierata. Dopo una perfetta giornata di escursioni, mountain bike, visite turistiche, tennis, shopping o qualsiasi altra cosa ti piaccia fare a St. George, torna al condominio e rilassati nelle piscine e nelle vasche idromassaggio e guarda un film sull'HDTV a grande schermo.

Con il tuo affitto condominio, avrai pieno accesso al resort di Las Palmas. Il resort dispone di sei piscine (una coperta). Ogni area piscina offre sedie a sdraio e sedie. L'area della piscina vanta anche un nuovo splash pad per i bambini! Bring your own TP, towels and internet hotspot

I stay at this condo complex 1-2 times per year, and have for the last 10 years. Out of the last 15 trips, this is the only one where I wouldn't go back. The good: location, amenities. The bad: internet was down the entire visit. ran out of TP, no extra in the whole place. The ugly: Ants. I get it, those are hard to control, but call an exterminator. I had food left on the kitchen counter ruined, I could not work due to no internet (and had to stick around while the family went out to play so that I could be there for the ISP tech), and had to make an emergency trip to the grocery store to get more TP after it was discovered that there was none in the entire place other than what was on the holders.

Disappointed

We were disappointed by the condition of the unit. 1. Ant infestation in the unit they had many ant traps throughout the unit, we were constantly killing the ants in the kitchen. 2.Carpet was filthy (white socks were black on the bottom within a few hours of walking on the carpet). 3. Windows cranks were stripped and hard to open or close. 4. Windows and screens were filthy. 5. Sliding door in living room did not work.

Great amenities!

We really love staying at this resort because of the amenities and location. The condo was great. It could use a really good cleaning. The dishes were dirty and when we used the pull out couches there was food and garbage in them. There was also no linens for the pull out couches for us to use so we had to get creative with what we had from other beds. We would stay here again. We don’t usually spend a lot of time in the condo itself anyway.

Great place to stay, wish they left out basic cleaning items and supplies. We had no access to paper towels or toilet paper. But other than that it was an amazing place. Would stay here again

Overall experience was good. At check in we had dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the kitchen cabinets. Things were corrected quickly by Mindy and her attentiveness greatly helped lessen the initial disappointment. Additional upkeep is needed on the facility in order to upgrade the experience.

Great!

We were in town for the Ironman World Championships and the location of this was hard to beat! The nice pool facility was great for lap swimming or children. The rooms were large and very nice! Along with the living space. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying in this condo! My kids got a kick out of the many mirrors that adorn the inside. Check in process was easy to understand and quick, kitchen was fairly well stocked with anything we could have needed (aside from dishwashing pods, but I don't mind washing by hand). Walmart/stores are one exit away on the freeway so it was great to grab groceries for our stay. Pools are fun and the condo location overlooked the playground and pickle-ball courts! It was a fun visit and we can't wait to do it again,

Comfortable

The condo was comfortable. We liked having room to spread out. It was nice to be able to cook our meals in a kitchen. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the condo. The master bathroom toilet needs to be replaced.

Comfortable and well equipped 3-bedroom condo

This condo at Las Palmas Resort was very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Although it was cold and rainy during our stay, we still enjoyed the indoor pool, one heated outdoor pool, and the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. There is a nice double tube-slide at the heated outdoor pool. Other amenities included ping pong and pool. Were it not for the weather, we could have enjoyed the basketball and pickleball courts along with shuffleboard. The condo itself had a large deck with two sliding doors and another door to the deck from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were up to date. The HVAC worked very well. Overall we had a pleasant, enjoyable stay.

Great for lots of kids

Perfect place for a large family. I stayed here with my husband and 7 kids and we felt like we had plenty of space. There were pool toys, pickle ball rackets and coloring available for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place for a large family

Las Palmas is nice complex with lots of activities. This 3 bedroom unit, with 2 sleeper sofas in the living room, is great for a large group. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a little under equipped and 2 of the burners on the stove didn't work. I saw that reported in a earlier review, and assumed it would be fixed by the time we got there. It wasn't. We accidentally left a few clothing items behind, and the property manager was helpful in making arrangements for a family member to pick them up for me.

Very spacious and clean.

The only complain we had was the lack of toilet paper. 1/8 of a roll in one bathroom and 1/2 roll in the other bathroom. We bought some at the store and left the extra.

Just Right

Attending an out of town softball tournament was so much nicer and relaxing staying at this property versus a hotel room. Full fridge and freezer made it so much easier to get good meals in our kids. Having access to a washer and dryer was a big plus. Separate bedrooms for each family unit was another plus. This unit has all of the basics for cooking. The balcony was great to relax and bbq while watching our girls at the pool and even a thunder and lightning display. Bathrooms clean with shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispenser. A good supply of bathroom wash clothes and towels plus 4 pool towels for our stay made packing much easier. We all agreed that if we end up back in St. George for another tournament, we hope this unit is available.

Fun place

Just wished there were 10 pillows for the 10 people to sleep on. Also a pillow case to go on pillow we were sleeping on No blankets No wash rags No Kitchen garbage bags Pantry door fell off when we opened it. But still a fun place to stay
