Showed up to a window with no screen or anything which was unlocked and wide open upon arrival right next to front door. The hinge to close was broken so it wouldn’t stay shut. Was a fight to have the send maintenance over the following day to fix it. So couldn’t stay in that room unless you wanted to stay in a room where someone could easily climb through it in the middle of the night. On top of this, the house was a mess (popsicle sticks on ground, dirty towels, unwashed beds) and the blender and grill didn’t work. Even after we went and bought a lighter assuming the igniter on the grill was broken. It still failed to light. Maybe low on propane but either way, the grill was trashed and on its last leg. The shower curtains were also so short all of the water was falling onto the ground after each shower. Oh yeah almost forgot don’t bother sleeping in the master cause a third of the blinds are missing so unless you want anyone in the courtyard seeing you. I will say even though the customer service rep was very easily flustered and snapping at me. (Due to her having a very long day she later apologized. Using that excuse.) she did however attempt to bring us fresh linens and towels but accidentally dropped off at the wrong building we found out the following day. So I guess there was an effort.

Sisters Trip

Everything was great, except we couldn't figure the TVS out. They were all different, and we had problems with all of the remotes. But there was only one evening we wanted to watch TV, so it was okay. We text the person about it, she responded but it was never fixed. It needs a major upgrade, as all the furniture seems old. Especially the toilets - they are very low, especially for us old people who are used to the high toilets. All in all, it was a great experience.

Very trust worthy

The place was as expected. Had pool, park all we wanted for our trip. The impressive thing is that they contacted us about a potential forgotten item. It happened to be my daughters wedding ring she takes off each night. I’m the midst of cleaning up bedding etc, must have dropped on floor. She noticed when we were about 3 hours away. About 20 minutes after she noticed got a txt from the place asking. They verified it, mailed it. And my daughter has her ring back. So very honest house keepers and managers of this place.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool, basketball court, pickleball court and playing pool. The vent above the towels were really dirty. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and the light shined right in our eyes while trying to sleep. Those are really minor picky things. The house was great and met all our needs. Property manger was quick to reply and check in and check out was super easy. Thank you so much!!!!

Family Stay

Location was great, had all necessary amenities, plenty of room for our group. The floors were dirty and not vacuumed. The complex amenities are inconvenient because everything is locked up. The WiFi and TV didn’t seem to work well.

Good location, not great VRBO

We love staying at Las Palmas, and were particularly drawn to this VRBO due to it being a bottom apartment. However, the front door didn't lock the entire time we stayed there, the kitchen counter was missing large chunks in the tile, we had burned out light bulbs in our bathroom, the blinds in the master bedroom were falling apart and letting in lots of light that made it difficult to sleep at night. We did contact the landlord about the broken lock, and they sent someone to repair it. However, the repair was never completed and we received no further communication saying if it would be fixed at all during our stay. Would stay here again IF major updates were done, but overall disappointed with the broken condition of many things.

Condo section of st George

Lots of properties in this area. This is one of the older ones and it showed in my rental. This condo needed an update. It was adequate and 3 br condos are harder to find. Maybe the price for this one was lower than others, I don't remember. If it's cheaper than competing properties and that's important to you rent this place.

Convenient location fun resort - dated unit but pretty accurate to listing

Location was great - both in St George and within the complex. Kids loved it. Unit was kind of dark (being on lower level) and dated but pictures are pretty accurate and similar to what we expected. Management was fast to respond!

Sibling reunion

My siblings gathered to check on our aging uncle who lives in St. George. We enjoyed being able to play games around the table in the evening, just lounge on the couch’s and talk. We didn’t think to look out on the patio for a closet holding the washer and dryer, but the managers were a quick text away with the info. The beds were comfortable but as I’m getting older I almost needed a step stool to get into bed at night! Condo was perfect for our visit.

Disappointed

The unit that we rented needs to be updated.Appliances are old and outside in a closet that is just weird.Furniture is blah at best and the plumbing needs attention.Some of the kitchen cupboards are hanging crooked.The unit smelled like a cat had been in the unit.We had to fix loose handles on the patio door. And We left before our time was up..The outside walls are filthy with dirt and cobwebs.

Great condo but ac didn’t work well

This was a great condo for our family but the A.C. froze up if it was set cooler then 74. It was hot the weekend we went to at George and the bedrooms were miserable for sleeping.

Thankful

When traveling with a big family and due to a death, you just want everything to go as smoothly as possible. Thankful to have found this place for such an affordable price! Love that it was located on the ground floor, having kids makes this important. Little bit older furniture/cabinets but spacious and so convenient. Having the washer dryer was amazing too! We had some trouble with the WiFi and the TV in the master bedroom but, we weren't there for all that so, it's okay. Also, noticed that the water while showering would sometimes get really hot or really cold, we just paid closer attention especially when bathing the babies. Being able to have access to all the resort has to offer made our stay there extra memorable. Glad that we were able to enjoy the pools before we left. We will definitely book here again!!
