Nuovissima casa a tre camere da letto tranquilla con vista

Benvenuto... Desert Serenity è una nuova casa ed è stata completata nel dicembre del 2018. Venite a godervi tutto ciò che Southern Utah ha da offrire, in tutta comodità, soggiornando nella nostra bella casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Siamo immersi in un quartiere tranquillo circondato da incredibili viste sulle montagne.

La Verkin è situata in posizione centrale rispetto a tutto ciò che lo Utah del Sud ha da offrire. La nostra casa si trova a 30 minuti dal parco nazionale di Zion ea 2 ore dal Grand Canyon e dal Bryce Canyon. Siamo situati a soli 15 minuti da Sand Hollow State Park e Quail Creek State Park, dove avrete accesso alla maggior parte degli sport acquatici, percorsi ATV e dune di sabbia senza fine. I campi da golf Sky Mountain e Sand Hollow si trovano a pochi minuti, mentre il Coral Canyon Golf Club e il Ledges Golf Club sono raggiungibili in 40 minuti. Ci sono anche innumerevoli sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta. Per chi è interessato allo shopping e all'intrattenimento puoi essere a Saint George in 25 minuti, prendere uno spettacolo dal vivo a Tuacahn in 45 minuti e essere nel centro di Las Vegas in 2 ore. Per i mesi più freddi, visita Brian Head Ski Resort situato a circa 90 minuti di distanza.

Kitchen was great, we like to cook had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable plenty of towel, etc. Yard was spacious, they had a fire pit which was a plus for us. Close to stores, Walmart not too far away. Close to Zion national park. It was just adults but if you had kids the one bedroom would have been ideal.

Awesome place! We had everything we could ask for. This is the best VRBO I have stayed in. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, close proximity to Zion NP, everything we needed to cook meals and a great view!

We had a wonderful two night stay here and really wished we had longer. Set on a very quiet and peaceful street, but within a 10 min walk to local restaurants it was just perfect. One of those places where the pictures just don’t do it justice! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the rooms spacious with plenty of storage space and the icing on the cake was the number of coat hooks - so practical and well thought through.

Desert Serenity

The property was perfect for our Utah vacation. There were plenty of parks within driving distance. We made it to Zion, Kolob Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Red Cliffs and the Valley of Fire. We were close enough to Zion that we could get there in 20 minutes but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds. The home is well stocked. It is always stressful when you are traveling with kids and are not sure what supplies you will be given. I am happy to report that we had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, kitchen spices, saran wrap, tin foil, sandwich bags and a bunch of other little things that made life easier. You can tell when a host takes great pride in providing an enjoyable experience for their guests when they are generous with their supplies and even give you extra. We did not run out of anything. If you did forget something, there was a grocery store within a short five-minute drive. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes and appliances that you could need. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. It was truly our home base and can't even think of any suggestions to make it better.

You provided all the amenities we needed and are located conveniently close to a grocery and pharmacy. Excellent base close to Zion

We stayed here with our grandkids while visiting Zion NP. It was about 25 mins from the park which wasn't too bad. Meanwhile, the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the nice open layout made it great to hang out together. Grocery store was nearby and we loved Red Fort and Indian restaurant just a couple blocks away.

Highly recommend

The pictures online do not do this place justice! It was so cute inside. The bedrooms were perfect for a group of friends. It was a great place to relax after a long day at Zion. It took us a little under 30 minutes to get to Springdale (the town right outside Zion). We were able to do laundry and park our car in the garage! It was such a great spot! I highly recommend this place!

Family Vacation

This house had a great layout with a well stocked kitchen and nice custom bunk beds. The location was a very easy drive to Zion. Friendly and responsive hosts. The Pizza Wagon in Hurricane was a special treat for take-out. The city pool in Hurricane was a nice place to cool off after a hot day of hiking and very reasonable for a family ($3/person admission). We would stay here again!

What a perfect addition to our Zion weekend. Everything was exactly how it was described, including the view. The beds were so comfortable that my wife requested where the host purchased them. Easy check in and out. Seriously, no issues at all...None!

Your go-to house if visiting Zion

I’ve stayed at many VRBO and by far this beautiful home, was the cleanest, best stocked with things we might need and most comfortable beds. We are 4 adults who traveled to Zion. We all were pleasantly surprised at the open layout of the house, modern appliances, and extra amenities. Each couple slept in a king bed and had their own bathroom. Lots of closet space to spread out. The Host has thought of everything we might need. No small detail was over looked. Huge, finished garage to store our vehicle and gear. I was sad we did not have more time to just hang in this beautiful home and relax. The drive was not as convenient from Zion when you are tired at the end of the day, but worth it in regards to comfort and value. Make sure you eat in Springdale before heading to La Verkin. I give this house 5 stars!

Zion stop

The house was the perfect location for our visit to Zion and to view the solar eclipse. Everything we needed was provided and more! The backyard was amazing and a great place to unwind after our busy day. With a bedroom and bath in the front of the house and a master in the back, it was like we had 2 master bedrooms! Great location for mountain biking and Zions

My husband and brother in law and a couple nieces wanted a mountain bike trip and it didn't disappoint. The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Very well done.
