This stunning rental is equipped with everything you could want to host the perfect vacation for your group! From the stunning views to the extra amenities and close proximity to the resort, we guarantee you will not want to leave! The main floor is an open concept living space, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to The Lagoon. Here you will find a large comfy couch to relax on, a stunning dining table that seats 10, and a kitchen loaded to the nines with everything you could possibly want as you prep meals for your group! For even more room to spread out, be sure to check out the outdoor patio just off the dining room where you will find your own private hot tub and nearby entrance to the sandy beach and lagoon!

Please note, Desert Brooke has a detached casita above the garage. To book the entire space, please see our listing for Desert Brooke Villa. The carport is on a first-come come first-served basis shared with the casita. The garage is solely for the main house use. Additional public parking spots are available on Marilla Street.

Throughout the rental, you will find high-end, luxury mattresses on every single bed for your ultimate comfort. The views continue as you venture to higher floors. The kids will love the bunkroom, while the adults will welcome evenings spent on the 3rd-floor rooftop deck, with its comfy seating, fire table, and incredible views of the stars. For groups that love a little activity during their vacation, check out the 2-car garage that holds a variety of games, such as large Jenga, Spikeball, and water volleyball for the pool or beach, a wagon, as well as kayaks, and paddleboards to borrow during your stay.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Desert Brooke

We loved the house, it fit our needs perfectly and was exactly as advertised! The pool and lagoon were great as well! My only complaint was having to put the umbrellas down while at the lagoon and sit in the sun because they deemed it was too windy, when it was not even remotely windy. Would definitely stay here again!!
