This 4,221 sq. ft. luxury home is a two-story residence located on the golf course at The Fairways in The Ledges of St. George. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this spacious home is designed to accommodate groups of various sizes. The interior is elegantly furnished with all the upgrades, including flat-screen HDTVs, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The gourmet kitchen features a full-sized double oven, a large sink, and a five-burner gas cooktop, catering to those who enjoy cooking and entertaining. The open and welcoming floor plan creates a comfortable and inviting environment, with bedrooms that offer a quiet and private retreat. Outdoor amenities include a firepit, an electric vehicle (EV) charger, an outdoor gas grill, and covered patios on both the Main Floor and Walkout Basement.

Situated on the golf course, this luxurious home provides a premium living experience. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor spaces, residents and guests can appreciate the upscale features and thoughtful design of this stunning property.

Sibling reunion

It was a great place to have our Sibling Reunion. We are all 50-80 years old and it had enough upstairs bedrooms and down stairs bedrooms to make it comfortable for us all. Great gathering spots too. We Loved our time there. Wished we would have rent d it for a day longer. The management company was excellent in communicating all the details and was easy to work with. I would rent from them again.

Mike’s birthday

We celebrated my husband’s 80th birthday with a trip to St George with our 5 children and their spouses. The home was perfect with plenty of room for everyone and any extra we needed. Would return again.

Desert Retreat is the place to stay

It was clean, nicely decorated and plenty of room for us 10 adults to scatter or group together. A few nice extra little entertaining things to do, especially when it was raining! 3 bedrooms on ground level with en-suites and a room with two twins with bathroom around corner. Downstairs had 1 king w/en-suite and 2 queen bedrooms one with a set of twin bunks. Both of these room’s shared a bathroom. We had a couple of small issues, but they were taken care of right away. Kimber at Ledgens was the best. She was very professional in her job, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on the Ledgens property was great and prices were very competitive. Great time, real nice accommodations.

Great Accommodations for Three Couples

Reservation and Check in was a Snap !!! The property was well appointed and right on #1 fairway of The Ledges. There were three couples and we all enjoyed a King Bed Suite and it had plenty of room left if we had brought the rest of our families. Great Place....Would Definitely Recommend. p.s.--don't forget to get your supplies before heading out to The Ledges so you don't have to go back.

Great Stay

This place was great. Well set up for 5 couples, with each getting a bathroom. The layout and cleanliness was great. Southern Utah is wonderful and this place was a great jumping point for all of the activities. The host was very responsive to any issue we had. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home

The Utah Home was beautiful. Loved the spaciousness of the rooms. Kids loved the basketball hoop and the putting green. We were able to grill out as well. The parents loved the toys and baby stuff provided. We did need some help with towels and coffee pot and mugs as there were 9 adults but only a 4 cup coffee maker and 6 coffee mugs but that was remedied within less than 2 hours. A few suggestions from the group...very sunny there in St George and the window shades are not light blocking so when the sun came up it was very bright - would definitely suggest some light blocking shades for the east rooms. Also, all the bathrooms could use more hooks to hang clothes and wet towels as there were only 2 in each bathroom and the house accommodates a large number of people. . The part of our group that stayed in the lower level said they needed a fan (ceiling) in the room for circulation. Seems like a lot of suggestions but the house was amazing overall ...not too long of a list for 14 people! Loved it!! Would definitely come back!
