Desert Tortoise at The Ledges *Resort Amenities Included!*

Desert Tortoise is a 4 bedroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 4.5 bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa with a Private Hot Tub. It is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Fantastic Views, Loved the Hot Tub

The Ledges is a bit out of the main action of St. George, which we thought would be a down side, but it ended up being a plus. The setting is amazing, the views at sunset and of the stars was incredible, especially from the hot tub at night. Our teenager loved the setting, and the property itself was clean, new, and beautiful. We hope to bring more folks down again soon.

Perfect rental with fun amenities for a family

House was great & very close to my kids softball tournament field. Was amazing being right there by the golf course our family got in 18 holes in on the course as well as some pickleball over our weekend stay.And of course the view from the hot tub was absolutely beautiful.

Great stay at the Ledges

Very nice property, clean and in good repair. Has all the utensils and kitchen items you would ever need. I would like to see new bath towels. Other than that it was perfect for our family group.

St. George the ledges

Beautiful place with great views. Everything was well stocked plenty of plates and flatware for everyone. Place is very neat and clean. Easy access. I can only think of one negative, place lists that it sleeps 10 yet hot water heater barely had enough for 4 showers. Maybe bigger water heater or tankless. Other than that we will stay again and highly recomend.

Relaxing and nice!

The home is clean and nice. There is a lot of space and it is very comfortable. The private hot tub makes it even more enjoyable! We had to contact the property manager and they were so kind, responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend!!

Darn Near Perfect

Just loved staying here. The property is in such great shape, there's so much room, the views are wonderful and it's nice being 10 minutes or so outside of town. We stayed here as a couple for the Huntsman Games. Next year I expect to be down for the games alone and will get four or five guys from my team to share the place.

spacious and comfortable

Plenty of beds and baths ... room to visit and enjoy family. Love the pickle ball courts and private hot tub. A couple of the bathrooms were a little dirty with hair in drains and floors with smudges but overall pretty clean. Would happily stay again.

Beautiful property

We had a very nice stay at Desert Tortoise. The hot tub was a huge bonus since the weather was chilly! We didn’t have to walk back from the property pool/hot tub wet. This condo is so pretty and comfortable!! Management was easy to get ahold of via text and communicated almost daily to make sure our stay was 5 star.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in

I love this property and location. It is a few minutes drive out of St. George and so worth it to be in a more peaceful quiet location. It was perfect to be near Snow Canyon, hikes and rock climbing. The townhome is immaculate and every detail taken care of. I have never seen a more organized home with everything labeled from lights to kitchen drawers etc. The beds were very comfortable, beautifully decorated and felt like home with extras such as blankets and pickle ball paddles. It was a nice size for a large group and bathrooms for everyone. Private hot tub was great too. Easy check in/out . We loved everything about it except maybe the doors that are squeaky but not a big deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Roomie and clean.

Stayed at the ledges for the Huntsman’s senior games, with four other athletes. The villa was outstanding and the Jacuzzi was relaxing after playing softball games. The beds were super comfortable and there were flat screens TV’s with cable in every room. I highly recommend this property.… Earl

Fun Family Getaway

Fantastic property exactly like listing description. Easy access to Zion and other nearby parks. Plenty of room for our group of 7 and you could easily sleep several more.

Our Kevvy retirement vacation

We had fun. The second floor patio was a great hang, the hot tub was a nightly routine and everyone had plenty of space. The Ledges was a great, quiet, convenient property.
