The couch upstairs should be fixed and there was a miscommunication about when the trash needs to be put out on the street but minor things comparatively. This is our fourth visit to The Ledges, and our second stay in this property. It is a great setup for our family, we especially love the outdoor amenities of the grill out back and the fire pit on the front deck. Pickleball, the pool and hot tub are also a hit. The overall condition of the property and amenities is great, but we would prefer having a Keurig coffee maker available and a bit better mattress in the master. Overall we love The Ledges and this property, great quality and location for our vacations!

Nice place a little out of st george, avoid the traffic

This is a nice place, the management company was good to interest with. The place was nice and mostly clean, a few items had been over looked though. When we got there the dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes and some of the dishes and utensils in the drawer were not clean. I let the management know and they brought over extra dishwasher tablets to run extra loads. This is a nice location a little removed from the traffic of st george but also a little removed from activities in st george. Would be perfect if you planned to spend your time in snow canyon and cook in your rental. A little out of the way for grocery, restaurants, and other activities. We enjoyed our stay and the quiet here. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities, too busy with our own activities.
