Whether you're planning a getaway with family or your best hiking companions, you'll find the perfect home base for your excursions in this gated community. Enjoy a living area that can be easily split into three separate spaces, electric fireplaces in the living rooms and bedrooms, and multiple patios where you can dine, watch the sunset, or simply marvel at your majestic surroundings.

You'll find this home adjacent to the (private) Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, where it enjoys serene views of the pond and the golf range right off its backyard. Spend your days in Snow Canyon State Park two miles north, where you can hike Johnson Canyon, Jenny's Trail, Scout Cave, and the Hidden Pinyon Red Sands, or explore Whiptail and West Canyon by bike. The renowned Tuacahn Center For the Arts is three miles north, the Kayenta Art Village is five miles west, and Gunlock State Park is less than 15 miles northwest. You'll be an easy day trip from Zion National Park, home of Angels Landing, The Narrows, and other wonders of nature 52 miles east, and a six-mile drive from great restaurants.

The clubhouse and golf amenities are private, but there is a guest pool (heated year-round) a mile down the road.
The amenities and pool may be made unavailable at the HOA's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
