The house was lovely. Everything was clean. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of. The hosts left a notebook with places to eat near by and a list of hiking and biking trails. There were sufficient towels, blankets and pillows.

The kitchen was amazingly equipped. Very convenient to Zion park. The beds were a little on the soft side for our comfort level. It was nice using the garage for the car too. All in all it was a very comfortably place to stay.

This is a fantastic house. Loved the close vacinity to the Zion Canyon Hot Springs and Zion. We greatly enjoyed our time here. We did struggle a bit with the tv, but finally figured it out. Thanks for a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO with our family! Everything was clean, and welcoming as described in the listing. The space was perfect - comfortable beds, and plenty of room to gather.The kitchen had eveything we needed, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the common area was cozy. The home was organized and well maintained.The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth. The clear instructions and good communication made our stay stress-free.Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

This home away from home had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a terrific location. Our family enjoyed visiting small towns in the area when we weren’t hiking in Zion or soaking in the wonderful hot springs right around the corner. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect. We came for 4 days of hiking in Zion and Bryce Canyon. The location was perfect. The house was as listed and had everything we needed. Jeb answered all of my questions in a timely manner also. We will stay here again when we come back to hike again. Plus the town had some great places to eat

Wonderful in every way

Perfect location, wonderful shaded yard, well taken care of, artfully decorated, extremely comfortable, and excellent and quick communications.This was absolutely a wonderful stay and if we are back in the area we would definitely book this again.

Great Shade

Jed was a great host and answered our chats in a timely manner. The property is convenient to Zion National Park and has the amenities of LaVerkin and Hurricane. Shade trees on the property kept things cool. Would stay again.

Wonderful Getaway

The house is spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for a week away. It is the perfect location, a block from the main road, with a wonderful restaurant across the main road. It was the perfect base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would definitely return, the owner was pleasant and helpful.

Very happy with my stay here.

Property was clean and neat. Very nice! Property manager was very communicative and answered my questions in a timely manner. They had everything we needed plus some to enjoy Zion. There was a garage for us to leave all our dirty gear. There were extra shelves in the garage that were empty for us to organize our gear. There was an extra clothes dryer for us to dry our gear while keeping the inside clothes dryer nice and free of sand. They have clearly put thought into the needs of the customer.

Nice stay at the farm

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It’s clean, spacious & has everything we need for a comfortable stay, the backyard sitting area was nice for us to enjoy the sunset & watching all the goats run around. The house is conveniently located to Zion national park.

Plenty of space for our group of 5. Clean, carpeting seemed fairly new, beds comfortable. Easy drive to Zion NP which was our main reason for staying here.
