Bello, nuovissimo, completamente ristrutturato 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni condominio con arredi unici, eclettici, nuovi. Open space, con grande sala grande. Ripiani in granito. Questa unità si trova al 3 ° livello di Las Palmas, facilmente accessibile tramite scale o ascensore. Situato a Las Palmas, vicino alla Green Valley. A pochi passi di distanza ci sono due fantastiche piscine / vasche idromassaggio. Adiacente al condominio si trova il famigerato Green Valley Resort and Spa che offre altre 4 piscine, campi da tennis / racchetta da palla, barbecue in comune, parco giochi per bambini e palestra, nonché il centro benessere. Wifi gratis.

La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV a schermo piatto 43 '. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale con un letto a castello full over full size, con un doppio rotelle. Ha anche una TV da 43 '. La quarta camera da letto ha un letto a castello Full over Full con un doppio rotelle ed è decorata con un tema di Star Wars. Divertimento per bambini di tutte le età. Tutti i nuovissimi materassi e biancheria da letto per il massimo comfort.

Ci sono 4 bagni.

La camera familiare dispone di 2 ampi divani. Ci sono molti posti a sedere per riunioni notturne di film per famiglie. Il centro di intrattenimento vanta uno schermo piatto da 60 'con DVD. Adiacente alla camera familiare c'è una grande sala da pranzo e bar che può ospitare comodamente fino a 16 persone. C'è una nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.

Puoi goderti una bellissima alba al mattino o chattare con gli amici mentre fai il barbecue la sera sul tuo balcone privato.

Per quelli di voi che sono appassionati di attività all'aria aperta, ci sono sentieri per escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e in esecuzione a pochi passi. 11 campi da golf a 10 minuti dal condominio! (diversi entro cinque minuti!), Mesquite è proprio dietro l'angolo a soli 35 minuti con più campi da golf e grandi casinò con fantastici buffet, e per voi amanti della natura, i parchi nazionali di Zions Park e Bryce Canyon, la Grand Staircase, il parco nazionale del Great Basin, il lago Powell e il Grand Canyon sono tutti in mezza giornata di viaggio / divertimento!

Convenient and fun

We’ve stayed here before and knew it was a spacious and convenient launch pad for our southern Utah vacation. The property managers continue to be top notch communicators. Mr Kidd love the multiple pools to choose from. Thanks for a great vacation.

Amazing.

This was a perfect place for my sister and her two girls (13yo and 10yo) and my two boys (20yo and 18yo) and me. Would highly recommend and will look into staying again when we return in a couple years. Hot tub on the patio was a great perk!!

Nicely decorated place with easy access to I-15.

We really liked how cutely decorated the house was and it had plenty of bathrooms and beds for many to stay even though we only had 5 guests. The clubhouse outside pool was freezing and nobody swam in it but the nice thing was there were options for other pools that were a better temperature included. Many options. Great place to stay.

Amazing Condo!

This is our second time staying here, and it was wonderful! Super clean, cutest decor, love the hot tub. Everything is so comfortable, lots of room. We'll definitely be back!

Not what I thought….

The condo was nice- comfy beds, clean and had the amenities. Negative things: tvs wouldn’t work the first day- they had to have someone come enter codes the 2nd day we were there, not enough hot water for how many it sleeps, the hot tub was not hot- it was luke warm, the locks didn’t work the first 24 hrs, The pool slide was closed and the big pool was freezing! I can’t give it 5 stars for these reasons. The front door : the lock did not work from the time we got there and the landlords weren’t great about communication about this. They told us to just leave the condo unlocked so we didn’t get locked out again and we didn’t feel comfortable with this. They then asked us to fix the lock and we didn’t feel comfortable about this either. They did get the locked fixed the next day but it was quite the ordeal with the landlords that didn’t know what to do. We asked for a discount but they said no. They did let us check out late but for our trouble I was hoping for some Money back. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the troubles we did encounter and the poor communication from the landlords.

A great place to stay in St. George

We usually stay in hotels in St. George but we were traveling with friends and wanted a bigger space. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of beds and bathrooms. Our son loved the star wars room. The hot tub was super nice after a day of hiking. House was clean and host was responsive. Wish I could reserve this place every weekend in January.

Family Holiday

We loved the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in this property. Property was clean and updated. Had a couple issues that we brought to managements attention that could have been handled better, but regardless we had a great time and it didn’t affect our stay. We would book here again.

Excellent condo

The condo was just as described and perfect. Plenty of space, well maintained, and ready for us. The location is wonderful for so many hikes and activities. And we enjoyed the hot tub each night. I’d stay here again!

Loved it!

Our family loved staying here! Super clean, fun decor, stocked with everything we could need and plenty of space. The pools on property were great; we had 5 to choose from, and my kids enjoyed the other activities on site. Bikes in the garage were a fun unplanned bonus with our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Our Huntsman Stay

I loved the location of this property and the location of this particular unit. The unit was well equipped and instruction for our stay were very clear from the owner although some of the instructions conflicted with the instructions inside the unit. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns and dealt with problem immediately. Our Keurig broke but she got a replacement right away and previous users had logged out of the tv service, so she had to get direct tv in to log the TVs back in. Both issues were dealt with in a timely manner.

Family getaway

Our family group of 10 loved our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Water bottles in the fridge was a nice touch. The hot tub on the deck was great and views incredible. Communication with host was also great.

Fun in the sun

We had three families staying together and this was the perfect location! The condo had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of, lots of plates, cups, and silverware we didn’t have to do dishes until the end! Which is always nice! Lots of bath and beach towels. The kids loved all the pools. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others!

Great Place to Stay in St. George

Clean, well organized, hot tub was a nice feature. There were plenty of rooms that given the number it could accommodate, didn't feel crammed. Because the resort has so many amenities, it never felt overcrowded in the condo. The pools never felt overcrowded either. Our host was wonderful to work with and clear in their check-in and check-out instructions. We loved the pools and the pickleball courts. We rented this unit so we could get my family together, who hadn't been on vacation together in over 15 yrs. We all loved it and kept saying how much they wanted to come back and do this again. Pricing was reasonable. The only thing we would change about our stay is to stay another day or two.
