The unit was very old and in need of major upgrade. The bed was horrible. The new flooring and refrigerator were a plus. Poor lighting and drapes needed to be replaced. The unit was large and well located.

Clean but needs a refresh

Unit was clean; but desperately needs a refresh; old carpet, clean but uncomfortable bed, kitchen has minimal instruments / utensils. If you want to be transported to 1985, this is for you. I will say it was adequately stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, TP, washer fluid/tablets, sponge, towels. New washer and dryer unit out in closet on patio which was great. Poor lighting. Nightstand only on one side of bed; nice big dresser and closet in bedroom. The patio does walk right out to pools but you still have to walk around to clubhouse to enter pool area and can get LOUD with kids. If you have upstairs neighbors, it will sound like dinosaurs walking above you. Surrounding property was safe, but constantly had garbage cans overflowing, trash on sidewalks, and walkways desperately needed a power wash. Won’t be back to this resort next time we are in St George, although if all you want is clean and safe place and don’t care necessarily about comfort or updates, it’s a solid option.

The condo was good for the price but the carpet was stained. The kitchen was so-so with a dirty plate, lettuce stuck on the counter and peices of shredded carrot, salad under the sin. We were in 1609, my nephew was in 1608, it was much nicer and more updated. Mostly because there was no dirty carpet. Property was great for kids,

The unit I stayed was very dated. Long overdue for an update, or at least a very thorough cleaning. However, the cost reflects these shortcomings. You get what you pay for.

Great Place, could use a little updating

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. We loved the proximity to the pools!! It was so convenient, especially with little kids to not have to walk far at all to get there. We had no manor issues with the condo but definitely think it could greatly benefit from some updating as it is pretty outdated and you can get a neighboring condo for pretty much the same price that is updated. There are not very many dishes or cooking items (pots/pans/lids/griddle) so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal in order to have enough dishes for the next meal (there were only 2 adults and 3 children). There is not much lighting in the condo. The room with the best lighting is the bathroom and everywhere else had very little lighting. The water pressure in the shower is very low. The master bed was very creaky and the TVs are very small so when we watched shows at night we had to get out of bed to really be able to read what was on the channels. None of those things were big issues but definitely things to be aware of before staying. Like I said, overall we had a good experience.

Perfect getaway!

It was ok had some issues with the key pad when we arrived The water pressure in the shower was very poor it was difficult to rinse the soap and shampoo off. And the shelf/ clothes rod was coming off the wall and we did not use it 😒

We found that the kitchen was not set up for people to do much cooking. The pots were not good and there was a shortage of cutlery. We were interested in staying there for 4 months but the rent for March and April was around $8,000 a month. We felt that this was far, far too much for this condo.

Our Stay

Very comfortable place to stay. Needs a little TLC on small fixes. Toilet handle loose (which we fixed) toilet seat very loose, and bathroom door falling off from top hinge. I do recommend this place. Very very clean.

The place was not fancy but it was amazing. Comfortable and very clean. The only thing is that we didn't know if we were suppose to park in front of the garages or by the sidewalk and we needed an early check in due to my Grand baby's heart condition and never got an answer, but everything else was so good we plan to do it again. Great Stay!

This condo is very nice and very clean. It is right across from the clubhouse with access to several pools, bball and pickleball courts. We stayed here for a soccer tournament. There are plenty of things to do for the kids in-between games! The condo had everything we needed. This is the second time we have stayed at Las Palmas and will do so again next time we are in St. George.

Condo was clean. It was mostly in working order. Curtain rods needed attention and the sofa bed had a bike lock on the mechanism making it impossible to open the bed.
