Log Cabin Close to Trails & Snow Canyon State Park

#953 Enjoy a relaxing stay in a cabin nestled on over an acre of land. Scenic Public Lands surround the neighborhood with countless trails to hike, bike, ATV, or horse-back ride providing endless exploration. These trails are accessible right from the neighborhood. Snow Canyon State Park is only 5 min down the road. Many other State and National Parks in the area. Country living but only 18 min from Historic Downtown St. George. Come explore, relax, and rejuvenate; this cabin will set the tone. Working remote? The cabin has high speed internet with commercial grade WIFI access throughout. Your space will include the lower level of the cabin which is 740 sqft. It has it’s own private entrance and parking located on the backside of the cabin down a separate driveway. The large covered patio over the entrance with 2 rocking chairs, a table, a hammock, and wifi are exclusively yours to enjoy. During the summer you can sit and watch the hummingbird show as they come right up to the patio to the feeder. Enjoy 10 degrees cooler weather than downtown St. George because of the higher elevation. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and an office space. The area offers opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors, in many ways whether you prefer scenic drives, or extreme sports the options are abundant. Public Lands surround the neighborhood with countless trails to hike, bike, ATV, UTV, or horse-back ride; all accessible right from the neighborhood. Snow Canyon State Park is only 5 min down the road. Many other State and National Parks are also in the area. A well maintained dirt road leading from the neighborhood takes you down a scenic drive into Dixie National Forest, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, and into St. George; with many trailheads along the way. Country living, but only 18 min from Historic Downtown St. George. Dixie Red Hills Golf Course is 15 min away. Sunbrook Golf Course is 21 min away. Both are open year-round; and both are open to the public. The Tuacahn Amphitheater, which holds many events and professional performances, is 9.6 miles away. Come explore! You’ll never see or do it all! The upper level of the cabin is occupied by homeowner. Please feel free to make as much noise as you would like. LAT/LONG 37.26035, -113.60799 The entire walkout basement of the cabin and back patio are available exclusively to the Airbnb guest. This includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, living room, the secondary driveway and parking spaces. Guests are welcome anywhere on the one and an quarter acre property. The upper level of the cabin is occupied by homeowner. Please feel free to make as much noise as you would like. Guests interaction is as much or as little as the guests prefers. The neighbors are friendly and will usually greet you with a smile and wave as you drive/walk down the streets. There is very little light pollution in the area making star gazing a delight. Because of it's unique location, wildlife can be seen roaming in this quaint neighborhood. At the entrance if the neighborhood an extinct cinder cone rests. Visitors have access to the trail that leads to the top of it. There are many, many trails that lead from the neighborhood into public lands and into Dixie National Forest. They can be explored by foot, horse, bike, ATV, or UTV. There are also a couple of scenic dirt roads you can drive your vehicle on that lead out of the neighborhood into remote areas, trail heads, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, Downtown St. George, Leeds, and other areas.
