Pine Valley Lodge è un bellissimo rifugio di montagna di 2,5 acri a Pine Valley, nello Utah - a soli 35 minuti da St. Giorgio. Con una camera da letto per un massimo di 56 persone a letto, è una fuga perfetta per riunioni di famiglia, riunioni aziendali e semplici ritiri nella solitudine dei pini ponderosa.

The Lodge
Lo stesso Lodge dispone di 5 camere private ognuna con il proprio bagno. Il Lodge comprende una grande sala, cucina / sala da pranzo di grandi dimensioni, lavanderia e sala giochi. Nel Lodge ci sono anche due bagni comuni al piano principale accanto alla grande sala. La cucina ha un grande frigorifero / congelatore, due fornelli, due forni, due microonde, due lavastoviglie e un set completo di pentole, padelle, utensili e oggetti da cucina. La dispensa ha un congelatore sovradimensionato e un frigorifero sovradimensionato per conservare tutte le tue provviste, il patio ha barbecue grill e c'è una lavanderia al piano principale. Il Lodge è dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento e WiFi. C'è anche un ulteriore bagno con due docce che ha un ingresso esterno per gli ospiti della cabina.

Le cabine
Accanto al Lodge, ci sono sette cabine rustiche con elettricità, acqua e letti in modo che ci sia un sacco di spazio per tutti a distendersi e divertirsi! Ogni cabina ha un mini frigorifero e forno a microonde con aria condizionata, riscaldamento e ventilatori a soffitto. Le cabine condividono 3 bagni comuni di grandi dimensioni con docce.

Il posatoio
La proprietà ha anche un edificio separato che chiamiamo "The Roost". Il Roost dispone di un monolocale al piano superiore con 1 camera da letto con cucina completa, soggiorno, bagno e lavatrice / asciugatrice. Al piano terra di "The Roost" si trova una camera da letto separata che ha un letto a castello con un letto matrimoniale nella parte inferiore e uno singolo nella parte superiore. Il piano principale del Roost è anche una sala giochi con ping pong, air hockey e altri giochi. Due bagni in comune con doccia si trovano al piano principale del Roost e possono essere utilizzati dagli ospiti. Il Roost è dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento.

Il tuo gruppo adorerà un grande focolaio per arrostire marshmallow e attività di falò. C'è un set da gioco per bambini con altalene, scivoli, arrampicata, ecc. E tanto divertimento all'aria aperta tra cui buche a ferro di cavallo, un canestro da basket e un bellissimo prato per pallavolo, croquet o semplicemente immersi nella fresca aria di montagna.

Quando non hai voglia di cucinare, sono disponibili deliziosi ristoranti dall'altra parte della strada presso la Iron Steakhouse di Brandin. È disponibile anche il catering.

L'intera proprietà viene affittata come una sola unità, quindi tutte le strutture sono incluse nei prezzi indicati. Ciò include "The Lodge", "The 7 Cabins" e "The Roost".

Family Reunion

This was a beautiful place for a family reunion. There were 46 of us and plenty of room for everyone. When we arrived the lodge was clean and well organized. There was plenty of refrigerator and freezer space for all our food, and an ice machine. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed.It was hot but every cabin, the roost and the lodge are all air conditioned and we were very comfortable. There was space to play games indoor and outdoors. Really just a perfect place for a reunion.

The property and dwellings were very clean and our stay was very nice and relaxing. It's a great location, quiet, low/no traffic, great access to surrounding activities and the property manager was very helpful. 10/10 will be back!

Amazing!

My now husband and I booked the lodge for our wedding last weekend. We originally anticipated about 45 people total to come but we ended up with about 30 and it was such a perfect weekend! We utilized the main lodge and the roost for family and wedding party and our friends were able to stay in the cabins. The weather was perfect and location was absolutely beautiful for our rustic western wedding! Jeff was also super friendly and helpful, he even showed up on checkin day to fill some gopher holes in the field where we had our ceremony!

Wonderful Large Space

Pine Valley Lodge 2024

As always, our stay at the Lodge was amazing! Great kitchen, lots of room for the kids to run around, we love volleyball and basketball. The fire pit is fun. We roasted hot dogs and s’mores. The reservoir is not far away for swimming and kayaking. The host is easy to contact and responds quickly. We even noticed some upgrades since we were here 3 years ago. Very clean and safe. We will definitely be back again.

Super Place

Finding a large place to hold a family reunion is difficult. This is a great place to take the family, 10 to 15 degrees cooler than St. George....41 showed up and 14 of those were our Great grandchildren.....good times were had by all. And a thanks for the newer LONG table with chairs.

Family Reunion

What a great place to meet together for a few days. We had 40+ people and there was plenty of room. There were plenty of beds and the place was stocked with all the kitchen items. It has a little playground for kids, basketball hoop and a stash of other toys. It has two industrial size refrigerators, washer and dryer and two dishwashers. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in a beautiful little town this is it.

We loved it, especially the safety for the children to be free to play together in the yards without supervision. The lodge was perfect for meals and the upstairs was great for the 4 families with small children and babies. We loved the beauty of Pine Valley and surrounding areas. You had a couple of friendly mice who joined us that you might want to get rid of. Your housekeepers need to run the self- cleaning on the oven. They were in need of cleaning when we arrived. Otherwise, the whole experience was wonderful. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our time there very much. Thanks!!

Three Night Family Reunion

We had 30 adults and 18 kids stay here for a large family reunion. There was a lot of grass space for the kids to play outside and a little playground, ample sleeping beds/space, and an amazing amount of refrigerator space and seating options. We loved the proximity to Snow Canyon. The biggest issue we encountered was a lack of insulation in the upstairs Lodge bedrooms, making it easy to hear any child throwing a tantrum or baby crying at bedtime. We’d consider this place again if we have this many people coming to our reunion again.

We had a great time! The property had more than enough room. We loved how peaceful and beautiful it was. The host was quick to answer questions and give suggestions. The game room and the basketball hoop were well worn, but we still had fun with it. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect place to gather for our family reunion

We loved our stay at Pine Valley Lodge. From the start Jeff was always accommodating and able to answer any questions that we had prior to our stay. The lodge and grounds were clean and this place had lots of parking. We had a group of 55 family members and there was room for all, from the Main Lodge to the individual cabins and more. We can’t wait to plan next years family reunion

Wedding in the mountains

My husband and I booked the lodge and cabins for our wedding with 25 close family and friends. The Pine Valley Lodge was perfect. We had more than enough room and amenities were everything we needed. It wasn’t fancy by any means, but we didn’t want fancy. We wanted to enjoy nature and have a space to spend together for the long weekend. The kitchen space and bbq areas were especially nice for large gatherings while we cooked and played board games. We loved how much there was to do outdoors - basketball, a huge bonfire pit, and a lot of land and places close by to fish or hike around. I’d definitely recommend.

Older buildings on the property were getting worn down. Pool table had a big rip in the felt. Everything was working. Roost kitchen had a water seal leak if you used the faucet in the sink, needs to be repaired.

Small Wedding reception in the mountains.

We had our wedding reception at this venue and it worked out great. Most of our guest had their own space and bed. The venue was ideal for our intimate gathering of 50 or so guest. The kitchen was a good centerpiece for people to gather share a drink/food and conversation. Would recommend to anyone wanting a scenic retreat with their loved ones and friends.

Perfect lodge

This lodge was perfect for my daughter’s wedding We were able to rent a huge tent to fit perfectly on the lawn. There was plenty of room for the ceremony and reception. The host was very flexible and made all of our plans become reality!!
